A FATHER won the first round in his historic battle yesterday to have government-funded chaplains thrown out of the nation's public schools.

Ron Williams journeyed from Toowoomba to Sydney yesterday for a directions hearing in his challenge and was thrilled to hear that his case could be heard in the High Court over three days in May.

"This is a very important moment," a jubilant Mr Williams said yesterday.

The father of six, who has four children attending Queensland public schools, said his main argument was that the funding for chaplains in schools breached Section 116 of the Australian Constitution, which states that the "Commonwealth not legislate in respect of religion".

"This is not about getting chaplains out of schools, it's about the government funding them, which I believe is against the Constitution," he said.

The National School Chaplaincy Program was introduced in 2006 by former prime minister John Howard.

The national program won support from Prime Minister Julia Gillard, an atheist who, just before the election last year, pledged $222 million to extend the program for four years.

More than 430 schools in NSW get up to $20,000 each a year for their chaplain services, totalling almost $12 million, and more than 2500 school across Australia now have chaplains at a cost of more than $151 million.

Ten local councillors from the suburb of Marrickville, New South Wales, Australia, in their official role as elected representatives of approximately 75,000 residents, have put forward an official resolution in December 2010 to:

"...boycott all goods made in Israel and any sporting, institutional, academic, government or institutional cultural exchanges."

By this action, the ten councillors have formally aligned their municipality with terrorist organisations seeking to overthrow the State of Israel, the one free and democratic nation in the Middle East, fellow UN member, and notably the only multi-ethnic state in the region where freedom of expression, equality, non-discrimination, free union movements, freedom of press and the rule of law are established and guaranteed. In short, they have espoused totalitarian values over Australian democratic values. They are playing into the hands of the Islamist Global BDS Movement and supporting the Hamas and Hizbollah terror groups and other international racist and anti-Semitic organisations.

This irrational act is not only alarmingly naïve, but by supporting the worldview of totalitarian Islam, represents an appalling abuse of our democratic process.

A council’s brief is to act in the interests of their residents, by organizing such things as rubbish collection, social services, catching stray dogs and regulating fence heights. They are not elected to engage in partisan foreign politics or involve themselves in the domestic affairs of other states. In particular, they must never be seen to side with totalitarian, anti-democratic religious fanatics who use terrorism and murder in seeking to destroy the democratic nation of Israel, with which Australia has strong and friendly relations.

Petition:

We ask the Hon Minister for Local Government in the State of New South Wales (Australia) to reprimand the council of Marrickville for engaging in conduct unbecoming of a local municipality in Australia.

We consider that the conduct of this council is divisive, irrational and ill-informed, and that it deals with matters which do not and should not be included in the jurisdiction of a local municipality.

I’m not sure who the Q Society of Australia Inc is. I can only find a couple of references from a quick googling.

While I have many reservations about the motivation behind Wikileaks and the manner in which it operates, I totally support calls for the Prime Minister to make a stand independent of the almighty US and declare that Australians do not condone assassination, whether state sponsored or privately threatened.

I also unconditionally support freedom of information and therefore Wikileaks right to disseminate information. I question the picture painted by Wikileaks releases, but censorship is offensive, adults can form their own opinions about info and should be free to choose info sources.

The credibility of info released by Wikileaks is not in dispute in my mind, it is what they haven’t released that alerts my suspicion. Where are the diplomatic cables received by the US from their counterparts, that criticise US policy and personalties? Where are the cables from US diplomats criticising their own policies? Surely they exist? Not that they (Wikileaks) can design what is submitted, but I believe we the public are only ever allowed to see what authorities allow us to see.

Authorities may convincingly construct an illusion that “leaks” against their interests happen, but they do not. In the case of a genuine leak, they get no publicity; they get buried very, very swiftly. I believe the “sex by surprise” on again off again warrants are a publicity stunt by authorities to generate demand for documents they “don’t want you to see”.

Would authorities or Intelligence Agencies really sacrifice one of their own or an appointed patsy for political gain? F*ckn oath they would.

The “cablegate leak”, no leak at all by definition, but rather a very controlled flow, has been allowed for political gain despite an elaborate psyop to suggest otherwise. The “cablegate leaks” have given much credibility to US geopolitical policy, such as building cases for more military conflicts – Iran, North Korea.

They also for example with the previous Iraq “leak”, provide a more positive outlook on recent conflict with a massively down sized body count in Iraq, 4 or 5 times lower than previously well researched figures.

The Iraq Wikileaks of military records still depict a sh*t load of casualties (about 150,000 violent deaths), but when that figure is 5 times lower than independent calculations, the real carnage is a f*cking sh*t load, apposed to the military recorded small sh*t load. I bet if after US authorities’ assonate or imprison for life Mr Assange, they will not hesitate to quote info that Wikileaks released in support of their policies.

The most obvious reason I suspect Wikileaks of being a conduit for designed policy outcomes by authorities, is the abolishment of freedom of information by authorities in response to the “leaks”, a wet dream come true for authorities.

All government employees and military personnel in the US have been ordered not to read or post links to Wikileaks. A Department Of Commerce memo to employees, official US gov policy for all agencies and bureau’s, reads:

These documents may or may not contain information that is considered National Security information (classified information) and as such, the information is NOT authorized for downloading, viewing, printing, processing, copying, or transmitting via non-classified Government-issued computers.

Doing so would introduce potentially classified information onto our unclassified networks and represent a potential security incident.

There has been a rumor that the information is no longer classified since it resides in the public domain. This is NOT true.

Accessing the WikiLeaks documents will lead to sanitization of your PC to remove any potentially classified information.

This memo, or a close approximation of, is also being circulated in universities warning all students to not read Wikileaks if they desire applying for government jobs in the future.

This is seriously f*cked up! If people accept this precedent, “sanitizing” PC’s and phones etc will follow for the general public.

From the infamous “Collateral Murder” video leak, through to the Afghanistan and then Iraq cache of files released, US authorities have been whacking on about the terrible peril this puts US service people in.

But the rhetoric exploding from Washington over the latest Wikileaks dump is astonishing; allegedly they are “infuriated”.

It was reported that US Homeland Security Committee Rep Peter King, urged that Julian Assange be prosecuted for espionage and that Wikileaks be designated a Foreign Terrorist Organisation.

Hillary Clinton described the disclosures as an “attack on the international community”, blah, blah, blah.

At first I suspected that authorities were just running with this, using the leaks as an excuse to justify what looks like happening, introducing a next wave of authoritarian censorship measures, like we weren’t already oppressed enough.

The great security threat being screamed about is clearly a hoax. A good deal of the diplomatic cables thus far released, reveal exactly what we already know. In example; North Korea selling missiles to Iran and the US bombing targets in Yemen while the Yemen Government, so as not to upset various interests, is claiming that it is they who are conducting the assaults.

This was all public knowledge before the leaks. The only previously hidden info is the rather personal assessments on various leaders by various diplomats. While embarrassing it’s hardly a security issue.

Perhaps there is something much more nefarious going on here though than just the US Government making the most of an opportunity, to use this as an example for requiring more restrictions on freedom of speech.

One of the most popularised headlines from the leaks has been that of the Saudi King urging the US to attack Iran. In response to the revelations, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said the release was simply psychological warfare against Iran.

"We don't think this information was leaked," he said. "We think it was organised to be released on a regular basis and they are pursuing political goals."

Maybe Ahmadinejad is quite perceptive here. Today it was reported a new leak shows that China, long viewed as the protector of North Korea, is ready to "abandon" the regime and would accept unification of the peninsula. Sound familiar?

In March of 2010, Wikileaks published what it said was a secret US military report from 2008, assessing the danger Wikileaks posed to the military. The report recommended counter attacks on Wikileaks which included; placing fabricated information as a means of discrediting its reliability, spreading propaganda, and of prosecuting anyone within the US military, intelligence or government departments found leaking to it.

At the time Assange said:

"As two years have passed since the date of the report, with no WikiLeaks source exposed, it appears that this plan was ineffective."

Just weeks later however, Bradley Manning became famous after his arrest for leaking the Wikileaks “Collateral Murder” video. The circumstances are puzzling; Manning allegedly, confessed all to a hacker named Adrian Lamo.

Lamo turns out to be a volunteer for “Project Vigilant”, an organisation many bloggers made a big deal about as being a sinister secret FBI based spy ring, monitoring regional ISP traffic and forwarding on info to authorities.

Other sources claim though that “Project Vigilant” is a fraud. CNET also reports it is “nothing but a publicity stunt” and that front man Chet Uber survives on disability cheques.

Good luck to anyone ever trying to get to the bottom of the Manning-Lamo-Vigilant story. Back to that military plan though, to attack Wikileaks by disseminating fabricated information and spreading propaganda, it may well be that they have now been exceedingly successful in those endeavours.

Perhaps Wikileaks has been under Military or CIA control for sometime now. In an article posted at Rense.com on the 11th of August, F. William Engdahl writes:

Since the posting of the Afghan documents some days ago the Obama White House has given the leaks credibility by claiming further leaks pose a threat to US national security.

The one figure most prominently mentioned, General (Retired) Hamid Gul, former head of the Pakistani military intelligence agency, ISI, is the man who during the 1980's coordinated the CIA-financed Mujahideen guerilla war in Afghanistan against the Soviet regime there.

In the latest Wikileaks documents, Gul is accused of regularly meeting Al Qaeda and Taliban leading people and orchestrating suicide attacks on NATO forces in Afghanistan.

The leaked documents also claim that Osama bin Laden, who was reported dead three years ago by the late Pakistan candidate Benazir Bhutto on BBC, was still alive, conveniently keeping the myth alive for the Obama Administration’s War on Terror at a point when most Americans had forgotten the original reasons the Bush Administration invaded Afghanistan, allegedly to pursue the Saudi Bin Laden for the 9/11 attacks.

The London Financial Times says Gul's name appears in about 10 of roughly 180 classified US files that allege Pakistan's intelligence service supported Afghan militants fighting Nato forces. Gul told the newspaper the US has lost the war in Afghanistan, and that the leak of the documents would help the Obama administration deflect blame by suggesting that Pakistan was responsible. Gul told the paper, "I am a very favourite whipping boy of America. They can't imagine the Afghans can win wars on their own."

Gul has been outspoken about the role of the US military in smuggling Afghan heroin out of the country via the top-security Manas Air Base in Kyrgyzstan.

In a UPI interview on September 26, 2001, two weeks after the 9-11 attacks, Gul stated, in reply to the question who did back Sept. 11?, "Mossad and its accomplices. The US spends $40 billion a year on its 11 intelligence agencies. That's $400 billion in 10 years. Yet the Bush Administration says it was taken by surprise. I don't believe it. Within 10 minutes of the second twin tower being hit in the World Trade Center CNN said Osama bin Laden had done it. That was a planned piece of disinformation by the real perpetrators"

Assange told Der Spiegel, one of three outlets with which he shared material from the Afghan leak, that the documents he had unearthed would "change our perspective on not only the war in Afghanistan, but on all modern wars."

Yet a closer examination of the public position of Assange on one of the most controversial issues of recent decades, the forces behind the September 11th 2001 attacks, shows him to be curiously establishment. When the Belfast Telegraph interviewed him on July 19, he stated:

"I'm constantly annoyed that people are distracted by false conspiracies such as 9/11, when all around we provide evidence of real conspiracies, for war or mass financial fraud."

That statement from a person who has built a reputation on being anti-establishment is more than notable. Thousands of physicists, engineers, military professionals and airline pilots have testified, the idea that 19 barely-trained Arabs armed with box-cutters could divert four US commercial jets and execute the near-impossible strikes on the Twin Towers and Pentagon over a time period of 93 minutes with not one Air Force NORAD military interception, is beyond belief.

I’m not prepared to guess anymore, what the hell is going on in this cloak and dagger world of complex deceit. There appears to be but one truth, everything is a f**king lie.

Leakers should be fired, jailed, fined and lose pensions

With the next impending Wikileaks release, US authorities have been in pre-emptive damage control overdrive. Their now tired rhetoric is once more in our media; the leaks will endanger the lives of service personnel and department employees around the world.

A snippet from Congressional Records I happened to stumble upon, reveals one Mr Bond, in Senate proceedings for S 510 of all places, contributing his opinion on the matter. That would be Senator Christopher “Kit” Bond I presume, and I have no idea how this related to food safety modernization, but here is the excerpt;

security depends upon our ability to keep our secrets safe.

This problem needs a multifaceted solution. We must first deter and
neutralize the leakers. There should be significant criminal, civil,
and administrative sanctions that can be imposed on leakers. Leakers
should face significant jail time, pay heavy fines, forfeit any
profits, lose their pensions, and be fired from their jobs. We should
also not allow the first amendment to be used as a shield for criminal
activity. It should be a crime to knowingly solicit a person to reveal
classified information for an unauthorized purpose or to knowingly
publish or possess such information. Leaks will not stop until a
significant number of leakers have been appropriately punished.

In an interview with Democracy Now, Daniel Ellsberg explains that Wikileaks has previously, in the case of the Iraq and Afghanistan docs releases, disclosed to the Pentagon in advance what is being released, and offered the Pentagon the opportunity to request redactions of names for security purposes. The Pentagon has refused all such offers.

Without any need for COICA (Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act), US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has just seized the domain of a BitTorrent meta-search engine along with those belonging to other music linking sites.

While complex, it’s still possible for U.S. authorities and copyright groups to point at a fully-fledged BitTorrent site with a tracker and say “that’s an infringing site.” When one looks at a site which hosts torrents but operates no tracker, the finger pointing becomes quite a bit more difficult.

When a site has no tracker, carries no torrents, lists no copyright works unless someone searches for them and responds just like Google, accusing it of infringement becomes somewhat of a minefield – unless you’re ICE Homeland Security Investigations that is.

This morning, visitors to the Torrent-Finder.com site are greeted with an ominous graphic which indicates that ICE have seized the site’s domain.

Aside from the fact that domains are being seized seemingly at will, there is a very serious problem with the action against Torrent-Finder. Not only does the site not host or even link to any torrents whatsoever, it actually only returns searches through embedded iframes which display other sites that are not under the control of the Torrent-Finder owner.

Yesterday we reported that the domain of hiphop site RapGodFathers had been seized and today we can reveal that they are not on their own. Two other music sites in the same field – OnSmash.com and DaJaz1.com – have fallen to the same fate. But ICE activities don’t end there.

Mr Obama said he "understands people's frustrations" over the measures.

He said that following the attempted Christmas bombing, "TSA personnel are, properly, under enormous pressure to make sure that you don't have somebody slipping on a plane with some sort of explosive device on their persons."

Since the explosive on Nigerian "underwear bomber" Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab "was not detected by ordinary metal detectors, it has meant that TSA has had to try to adapt to make sure that passengers on planes are safe."

"One of the most frustrating aspects of this fight against terrorism is that it has created a whole security apparatus around us that causes huge inconvenience for all of us. And I understand people's frustrations."

He said he has asked the TSA to "constantly refine and measure whether what we're doing is the only way to assure the American people's safety."

But TSA and US counter-terrorism experts say that the procedures are the only ones they believe are "effective against the kind of threat that we saw in the Christmas Day bombing."

Abdulmutallab who was on a terrorism watch list in the US, didn’t have his visa revoked by the US State Department, because they said, they had been begged not to revoke it by federal counter-terrorism officials.

AQAP (A load of Qap), officially read: Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, apparently concerned with the printing requirements of Synagogues in Chicago, accordingly (reportedly), have attempted to FedEx urgent ink supplies from Yemen via the UK.

But the US alleges this gesture of good will was a "credible terrorist threat."

Authorities say “a suspicious parcel, a potentially sinister object thought to be an ink cartridge,” was found on a plane at East Midlands airport (UK), en route to Chicago.

President Obama is quoted saying:

"Our intelligence and law enforcement professionals working with our friends and allies identified two suspicious packages bound for the United States, Specifically, two places of Jewish worship in Chicago."

Reportedly Obama expressed suspicions that Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula is behind the incident.

To support the idea of a "credible terrorist threat", US officials made the non-event seem very, very scary indeed, something every American should be greatly concerned with, by pretending there was a “parcel” of Yemen origins onboard a plane from Dubai to New York’s JFK, which was subsequently escorted on approach by US fighter jets, (the escort made it much less likely the plane would explode).

The EAU (United Arab Emirates) civil aviation body said that the flight had been given the all clear and that it did not contain any packages from Yemen.

I wonder what the master plan was for detonating those “potentially sinister” ink cartridges at the intended destination. Presumably the detonators would not have been wired with a timer, you never know with FedEx if your post will arrive tomorrow or next month.

No doubt the usual story about a mobile (cell) phone SIM card, planted in the ink will be offered.

I also ponder; if I was a Rabbi in Chicago, and I received post from an Arabic friend in Yemen, would I not be slightly apprehensive.

It would appear AQAP still have room for improvement when constructing dastardly plots.

To be fair though, the plan to ink Synagogues was better thought out than the “underpants bomber” mission.

Allegedly, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, attempted to detonate a bomb on Christmas day while landing in Detroit onboard Delta Northwest Flight 253, despite not being equipped with the type of detonator required for the type of explosives he had packed in his undies.

US officials claim Abdulmutallab was trained for the attack in Yemen by AQAP. They also maintain he had contact in Yemen with “radical cleric” Anwar al-Awlaki, a US citizen.

President Obama, clairvoyantly foreseeing this unfortunate misadventure, responded by ordering cruise missile attacks against targets in Yemen, one week prior. US agents failed on Christmas Eve however, in an attempt to assassinate Anwar al-Awlaki, but he remains on the official list of people for the CIA to kill.

Reportedly, the missile attacks killed 120 innocent civilians, and depending on who you believe (Yemen eyewitnesses or US authorities), killed between 0 and 34 Al-Qaeda insurgents.

The American ABC reported that one of the missile targets was:

"A location where officials said ‘an imminent attack against a U.S. asset was being planned"

It was not mentioned which “US asset” in Yemen, but some of note are the natural resources licensed to Kuwait Energy, who were given a $50 million loan by the World Bank (read: owned by World Bank).

In recent years the World Bank has also assisted the nation of Yemen with around $200 million (read: owned by World Bank). Coincidentally, 4 major oil and gas exploration blocks in Yemen, were designated to Kuwait Energy (World Bank owned), under conditions set out by the World Bank and the IMF in exchange for that aid (the $200m).

Surely these minor details have little to do with bombing the crap out of Yemen though, it’s all about the “war on terror” right?

In August of this year, a CIA assessment implicated AQAP as a “more urgent threat” than al-Qaeda itself. Consequently, it was reported that, the Obama Administration was considering the deployment of CIA Predator drones to Yemen for launching strikes against AQAP.

These aptly named indiscriminately killing, flying robots, may incidentally themselves be terminated pending a lawsuit, after it was revealed the company supplying their software to the CIA, had pirated it from another source. It wasn’t even stolen properly, the plaintiffs claim it’s a hacked version with incomplete targeting functionality, and as a result Predator drones could be missing their targets by as much as 40 feet.

If you don’t really believe in imaginary characters (AQAP), starring in a global fairytale (war on terror), and are wondering why Yemen is the recipient of so much favouritism lately, apart from aforementioned limited oil and gas reserves, it is a location of significant geopolitical importance.

Yemen is home to a world class deep sea shipping port. Besides neighbouring Saudi Arabia, Yemen is the only country from which most of the Middle East’s oil can potentially reach the open seas without passing through either the Strait of Hormuz or the Suez Canal.

But instabilities which can threaten this supply route do sometimes flare from opposing tribal factions fighting a civil war in Yemen. A situation the US takes quite a dim view of, even though, as usual, they had more than an influence in bring this to pass.

The obvious solution to this dilemma, hindering the US in controlling access to most of the world’s energy supplies; brand one side of those warring combatants with the Al-Qaeda trademark and blast them to hell.

Ali Jawad of countercurrents.org writes:

“Should Yemen fall within the orbit of direct US influence, it will ominously reduce the geo-strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz in formulating calculations surrounding any future ‘shock and awe’-type strikes on Iran.”

Perhaps a note worthy observation. At present there are massive expansions in US and allied military naval and air power underway in the Arabian Sea. It has also been disclosed that Washington plans to sell $123 billion worth of weapons to allied countries that encircle Iran - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.

The shadow Treasurer and ANZ chief have been bitch slapp’n each other since the company posted a record profit a few days ago.

In response to the latest lashing from ANZ, Hockey reportedly said:

“I don't mind because we are standing up for consumers”

"I welcome profits but I love competition, and in this situation Australians want to know that they have a more competitive banking environment as a result of government action."

Don’t get me wrong, bankers are little more than organised criminals who have us all bound in abject slavery repaying never ending debt.

But when Mr Hockey says “more competitive”, it’s in the way the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) has made the Australian manufacturing, agricultural, film & television industries more competitive, by decimating them.

I’m ever so grateful that Mr Howard stood up for me, the consumer, several years past signing the FTA with the Bush Administration.

After our farming community was turned to dust, with the exception of corporate entities, my groceries have become infinitely cheaper.

Well, they would have in theory, had two supermarket chains aspiring to be competitive, not anti competitively acquired every other retailer in the country and then colluded in inflated price fixing.

From December (bushfire season), the Federal Government plans to move up to 400 asylum seekers into a detention centre at Inverbrackie in SA (bushfire zone).

The facility will be created basically by banging up a fence around 83 vacant former defence force houses next to the Woodside army base.

The Immigration Department says the Country Fire Service (CFS) in SA will try to teach non English speaking detainees about bushfire safety, including the 'stay or go' policy and how to evacuate the area in the event of catastrophic bushfire.

At present, laws prevent strangers from entering private properties without permission, with some exemptions for utility employees to read gas and electricity meters. To make the new fibre connections mandatory, state governments will have to change trespass or property laws.

To get around restrictions, NBN Co has been collecting consent forms from households in first release sites to allow contractors onto their property. However, this 'opt in' model has left nearly half the households in Tasmania's three test sites unconnected.

Telstra who maintains the existing copper telephone network has signed a deal with Government worth $11 billion to “decommission” the copper network as fibre is rolled out, leaving no alternative but to use the new government fibre connection if a consumer desires fixed line services.

I'm actually quite excited about the prospect of being connected with fibre, and the great possibilities and opportunities this infrastructure will present for the nation, but Mr Conroy does have a way of making everything suck.

With the only hard wired communications network in town owned by the government, I wonder how long it will be before they legislate what constitutes legal signal transmissions. I can see everything ending up here.

Kevin Bracken, Victorian Trades Hall Council President and Victorian MUA branch Secretary, is under fire in a rhetorical lynching from opposing sides of politics after his comments on Melbourne ABC talk back radio (Wed Oct 20th 2010).

Callers to the radio programme were invited to discuss Australia’s support and involvement in the Afghanistan war.

Presenter Jon Faine was apparently some what stunned by Mr Bracken’s contribution as he seemed to suggest that he didn’t believe the official lies (cover story) detailing how the events of 9/11 had transpired.

KB: "Well, I believe that the official story is a conspiracy theory that doesn't stand up to scientific scrutiny."

JF: "Are you serious? Is this a hoax or are you serious?"

KB: "No and I'd love to debate you publicly Jon if you think it's ridiculous."

JF: "There's nothing to debate."

KB: "Well, the fact is that aviation fuel doesn't get hot enough to melt steel."

JF: "I think it reflects very poorly on your members, Kevin, that you have views that are so ridiculous, so extreme and so unacceptable.”

Prime Minister Ju La Guillotine says the comments were “stupid and wrong”, the opposition says they were offensive.

Victoria's shadow-attorney general, Robert Clark, said "These remarks give comfort and support to those who seek to condone terrorism."

I’m offended, very, very f*ck’n offended! Not by Mr Bracken’s comments. I can not begin to express how outrageously offensive it is, to be labelled as someone who “condones terrorism”, because I agree with Bracken.

And Australian politicians spewing this rhetoric are merely an echo of a chorus line that I have noticed frequently emanating of late from their US master counterparts.

Suddenly everyone is being charged as “offensive”, everyone who cares to remark that they don’t quite see how on that particular day, jet fuel burnt at much higher temperatures than is normally within the laws of physics, hot enough to melt steel and iron, and that this melting iron some how caused three WTC towers (one of which wasn’t damaged by any impacts), to perfectly implode into their own foot prints, at free fall speeds which again, is outside the realm of physical reality, as apposed to the real world, where a building collapsing from top down encounters resistance from every floor below, thus slowing the decent incrementally until it abates completely.

I can accept that for the last 9 years, the officially disseminated propaganda has been swallowed hook, line and sinker, in blind faith, rendering many ordinarily intelligent people incapable of independent thought on the matter, I can deal with that.

But these political slurs against anyone with half a thinking brain, that express people should not give thought to this matter, because to do so is deeply offensive to the memory of the victims, is just sickening.

What is offensive is that thousands of innocent people were slaughtered that day. How is it offensive to analyze and question exactly who the murderous party might be?

From all accounts, it would seem highly remarkable, that a few inept rookie, wanna be pilots armed only with box cutters, could evade America’s military defences to orchestrate such a cataclysmic disaster.

By request from Australian Greens Party leader Bob Brown, parliament has just spent a couple of days pretending to debate the nation’s involvement in the Afghanistan war. Kudos to Andrew Wilkie, Adam Bandt and Rob Oakshott for condemning Australia’s conspiratory alliance in the imaginary “war on terror”.

However both major opposing political parties agreed unanimously that Australia should continue this murderous charade for at least another 10 years, maybe more. The government and opposition, saying we can not withdraw now because, in short, that would leave an unmonitored space for breeding terrorists.

In one respect they are correct. With the allegiance of invaders generating so much animosity against their presence from local Afghans, they can ill afford to leave now before asserting adversaries are 100% subservient to their interests.

Let us forget not though, how a small faction of guerrilla fighters came to be known as “Al-Qaeda”, and were then imaginarily inflated in importance to the rankings of “global terror network”, and then named as the perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks, and subsequently delivered as the justification for bombing Iraq and Afghanistan back to the stone age.

One of President Barack Obama’s most notable supporters and influential foreign policy advisers is a character by name of Zbigy (Zbigniew) Brzezinski. Zbigy is quite comfortable and proud with the fact that he created Al-Qaeda.

In the late 1970’s in Afghanistan, a tyrannical and fanatical government was toppled and replaced with one that was democratically elected, albeit with socialist ideological tendencies that enjoyed support from the USSR.

The USA determined this development to be detrimental to its geopolitical objectives. Enter Zbigy Brzezinski, then National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter.

Advocated by Zbigy, President Carter signed a directive in July 1979 to start covert operations in Afghanistan. Those operations involved the CIA funding, training, nurturing extremist Islamic ideology and supply of weaponry to a group of guerrillas called the Mujahideen, so that they might disintegrate the newly formed government. The US administration referred to them as “freedom fighters”.

The Mujahideen went on to form both the Taliban and al Qaeda. Al Qaeda which translates to “the Base”, often reported as some sort of inspiration for Islamic fundamentalists, i.e. – “the strong base”, was also reportedly nothing more than a CIA data “base” containing the names of Mujahideen forces.

Asked if he had any regrets in retrospect (like finding the US now a victim of these terrorists that he himself created), Brzezinski in a 1998 interview is on record saying:

“Regret what? That secret operation was an excellent idea. It had the effect of drawing the Russians into the Afghan trap and you want me to regret it? The day that the Soviets officially crossed the border, I wrote to President Carter. We now have the opportunity of giving to the USSR its Vietnam War. Indeed, for almost 10 years, Moscow had to carry on a war unsupportable by the government, a conflict that brought about the demoralization and finally the break up of the Soviet empire.”

“What is most important to the history of the world? The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet empire? Some stirred-up Moslems or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the cold war?”

Further pressed, he was asked “But it has been said and repeated Islamic fundamentalism represents a world menace today.”

Zbigy:

“Nonsense! It is said that the West had a global policy in regard to Islam. That is stupid. There isn't a global Islam. Look at Islam in a rational manner and without demagoguery or emotion. It is the leading religion of the world with 1.5 billion followers. But what is there in common among Saudi Arabian fundamentalism, moderate Morocco, Pakistan militarism, Egyptian pro-Western or Central Asian secularism? Nothing more than what unites the Christian countries.”

The treachery continues to this day. A recent BBC article reported that:

"Pakistani intelligence gives funding, training and sanctuary to the Afghan Taliban on a scale much larger than previously thought."

"Pakistani ISI intelligence agents even attend Taliban supreme council meetings,"

the BBC went on to write, and:

Support for the Afghan Taliban was "official ISI policy"

Guess who supports the ISI with funding, training and materials? If you're musing, the CIA? You would be correct, correct and correct again.

How to subvert the firewall

When the Australian Minister of National Enlightenment and Propaganda fires up the Great Firewall of Australia, the website of pro-euthanasia group Exit International will be among those blocked from access because of its "RC" content.

Exit International approached the Pirate Party of Australia and asked if they would kindly prepare instruction suitable for 70+ year olds in the art of bypassing the filter. The Pirate Party gladly obliged, the result can be seen here at computerworld.com.au

Think about that for a minute.

Minister Conroy claims that testing undertaken by Telstra, showed that every single website you visit being logged and checked against a blacklist, slowed internet performance by less than one seventieth of the blink of an eye.

The blink of an eye? Who’s eye? How fast could this eye blink?

In the "pilot test" that the Government commissioned, the performance results were apparently not so favourable; otherwise Conroy would be quoting them and not Telstra. In these tests by the way, it was reported that "testing criteria" was decided after commencement of tests (they made it up to produce results they quite liked), and they were carried out using a blacklist of around a 1,000 URLs.

If 0.0001 percent of www pages (of which there are about 25 billion indexed) contained content reviewed and categorized RC by Australian authorities, the blacklist would contain 25,000 URLs. I suspect that the hindrance on performance for that number may be significantly greater than one seventieth of the blink of an eye (whoever that eye belongs to).

If the URL blacklist should be less than 25,000, why is Minister Conroy so keen to spend $44 million implementing a filter for the purpose of blocking access to even less than 0.0001 percent of known indexed website pages?

Suppose that was some how good value, Minister Conroy and the Government, by their own admissions, know the internet filter will not work. Conroy claims:

"The Refused Classification Content list cannot be made public because if it was, it would simply be a catalogue to direct people to specific URLs that are Refused Classification."

If the filter was other than an elaborate joke, the URL blacklist would be safe to publish publicly, because if the filter worked, nobody would be able to access them.

The Australian reports:

The Obama administration has questioned the Rudd government's plan to introduce an internet filter, saying it runs contrary to the US's foreign policy of encouraging an open internet to spread economic growth and global security.

Officials from the State Department have raised the issue with Australian counterparts as the US mounts a diplomatic assault on internet censorship by governments worldwide.

Responding to questions about the filter, commentary website The Punch reports today that US State Department spokesman Noel Clay has raised concerns on the filter plan.

A spokeswoman for Senator Conroy declined to comment on Mr Clay's remarks.

This comes on the back of damming criticism for the mandatory censorship policy by two of the internet industry’s biggest players, Google and Yahoo.

Both companies tendered their input in a discussion paper released by the Aus Dept of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, which had called for feedback on transparency and accountability measures, 174 submissions were received in total.

The policy (if you haven’t heard) aims to "deny access" to overseas hosted internet content that is Refused Classification in Australia.

Google:

"In considering the government's plans for mandatory ISP level filtering we have listened to many views, but most importantly those of our users."

"RC is a broad category of content that includes not just child sexual abuse material but also socially and politically controversial material - for example, educational content on safer drug use - as well as the grey realms of material instructing in any crime, including politically controversial crimes such as euthanasia. "

"Decisions in relation to instructional, educational, scientific or current affairs video material will often be much more complex than in relation to entertainment 'films'."

"Scenes of war or terrorist activity may 'offensively depict real violence' and rate RC when the video is not in any way 'gratuitous violence' or posted for entertainment."

"Moving to a mandatory ISP level filtering regime with a scope that goes well beyond child sexual abuse material would raise genuine questions about restrictions on access to information."

"Filtering material from high-volume sites such as Wikipedia, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter appears not to be technologically possible as it would have such a serious impact on internet access".

"We have a number of other concerns, including that filtering may give a false sense of security to parents, it could damage Australia's international reputation and it can be easily circumvented."

Yahoo:

"Yahoo are entirely supportive of any effort to make the internet a safer place for children, however mandatory filtering of all RC material could block content with a strong social, political and/or educational value"

"Innocuous sites that could be blocked include:
Safe injecting and other harm minimization websites.
Euthanasia discussion forums.
A video on creating graffiti art.
Anti-abortion websites.
Gay and lesbian forums that discuss sexual experiences.
Explorations of the geo-political causes of terrorism where specific terrorist organizations and propaganda are cited as reference material."

I offered my own personal submission (well kind of); I wrote to the minister 6 times, rejecting the automated address I received the first time I had written. I was overjoyed when I received a note from his office today, a very speedy 3 month turn around in response.

The last paragraph on page 1 reads:

"The RC Content list includes child sex abuse content, bestiality, sexual violence including rape and detailed instruction of crime or drug use. The Government believes that RC content has no place in a civilized society and blocking of this material is nor an impingement on free speech."

This is really beginning to f*cking shit me. It’s regurgitated by the minister and Prime Minister every occasion the policy is discussed, it’s mindlessly repeated in every main stream media article ever posted about the policy.

Yes RC does include child sex, bestiality and rape. But as Google and Yahoo point out above, it also includes so much more.

The government should be required to reveal the truth, that RC content includes; safe drug injecting and harm minimization info, euthanasia forums, graffiti art videos, certain gay and lesbian forum content, terrorism studies, scenes of war "offensively depicting real violence", some fetish pornography, women with small breasts in porn and even porn featuring female ejaculation (when male ejaculation is quite acceptable).

If they did so though, told the truth, they would have but one solitary policy supporter, the Australian Christian Lobby.

This propaganda, choosing which facts to disclose, and which ones to omit, has been used to dodgy up surveys to in turn further the propaganda effort. It was reported that a commissioned survey reflected that 80% of Australians support mandatory internet censorship.

Crap! To begin, 1000 people only were telephoned, hardly a cross representational indication of the Australian continent. More importantly, participants were asked their opinion on the aforementioned propaganda:

Do you support the government filtering access to RC internet content that includes child sex, bestiality and rape?

You would have to be pretty f*cked up to answer no. Apparently though 20% of Australians are, or maybe they were just aware of the facts regarding the policy and choose not to comply with the loaded question.

An online survey on March 30, 2010 by the Age News paper was conducted without the propaganda.

Response - 96% No, 3% Yes, 1% Indifferent

The Classification (Publications, Film and Computer Games) Act 1995 governs classification decisions. It provides that classifications are in accordance with the National Classification Code and guidelines.

The Code sets out that RC is applied to content which may; depict, express or otherwise deal with matters of sex, drug misuse or addiction, crime, cruelty, violence or revolting or abhorrent phenomena in such a way that they offend against the standards of morality, decency and propriety generally accepted by reasonable adults to the extent that they should not be classified.

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) took action against 1365 different pieces of web page content hosted overseas in the period 2008 – 2009. This was double the volume of items actioned for the previous year. It includes not just RC material for which filtering will be based upon, but also X18+ and "potentially prohibited" content.

At the same time, the actual number of complaints received by the ACMA decreased in the period. We are told that the system is complaints driven; ACMA only investigates content when it receives a complaint. It is quite curious to see complaints decrease but actions undertaken double.

On the topic of censoring online games, page 3 of my letter from the minister’s office reads:

"The Minister for Home Affairs released a discussion paper to consider whether there should be an R18+ category for computer games in Australia. The government’s approach to filtering online games will be developed drawing on this consultation process"

Making shit up as they go along in essence. If R18+ video game ratings are still not forthcoming after the consultation, any online game there forth not suitable for persons aged 15 years and under will be blocked from access, if law requirements are followed.

The US Government, Google and Yahoo are the latest and biggest in a long, long growing line of critics against Australia’s internet censorship policy. But are they the pot calling the kettle black?

YouTube (owned by Google) has a growing reputation for removing user videos by the bucket load. I have a YouTube channel specifically designed for reloading content that has been removed/banned by YT.

Currently I am unable to keep pace with restoring the content that has disappeared from the site, just within the videos I have added to my channel favorites. These are not videos that violate the terms of service (although they are often claimed to), they do not contain sex or violence, they are however politically sensitive.

I’m glad Google is so concerned about "restrictions on access to information". To add some perspective, YT generally do "take downs" upon request, so the true censorship culprits are those doing the requesting, media corporations.

YouTube recently revealed that the media company Viacom have been engaged in the game of uploading their own product to YT, only to then turn around and lodge complaint with take down request.

As for the US Government "raising concern" over the policy, this really is a twisted game they are playing, which is why Minister Conroy will probably not feel unduly pressured by the remarks.

The US Gov is at the forefront of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) which it is forcing upon the world. A balance heavily weighted in the interest of big media corps already exists under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, but ACTA is set to take these interests to unprecedented new heights.

Australian copyright law largely mirrors US DM Copyright Act due to Australia being a signatory to the 2004 Free Trade Agreement, another US policy forced upon the world.

The ACTA treaty is highly secretive. After much tedious campaigning by Electronic Freedom Foundation in the US, 159 doc pages associated with the treaty were released, but only after 1362 had been deemed as potentially violating “national security” and withheld.

A new UK Digital Economy Bill has also been drafted as a result of ACTA negotiations. It is proposed in the UK, users have their internet service disconnected if they are caught file sharing 3 times or more, "three-strikes" and your out regime.

Other measures include a ban on open Wi-Fi (hot spots) and needless to say, website filtering. Currently the censorship of internet pornography and even abuse material is voluntary for ISPs in the UK, but this new Bill places compulsory requirements upon ISPs to block access to copyrighted content.

The ACTA treaty tentacles obligate signatories including Europe, USA, Japan, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Jordan, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates.

An EU ACTA negotiator recently promised no "3 strikes" rules for Europe, but a leaked ACTA draft would indicate otherwise, as will be the case in future for all aforementioned signatory nations.

Urging violence

The Krudd Government has introduced a range of amendments to Australia's counter-terrorism laws which it says aims to "deliver a better balance between protecting people's rights and protecting the nation from attack".

The new balance includes giving police the powers to enter and search property without warrants. To "protect people's rights" Federal Attorney-General Robert McClelland proposes to abolish the crime of sedition, by renaming it "urging violence".

The crime of sedition is not an act of violence; sedition is criminalised speech (thought crime).

Previously to be tried for sedition in Australia, your speech had to threaten the peace, order and good government of the Commonwealth. The proposed law amendments remove this onerous requirement. Amendments also expand speech crime law from applying against groups, to now cover speech crime against individuals as well.

The English Court of the Star Chamber invented the crime of sedition based on the theory that the King (Henry VIII ) was above public criticism and that statements critical of the government should be prohibited. Like the law of blasphemy, sedition fell out of use to a large extent in most democracies during the twentieth century.

Sedition laws were effectively defunct in Australia for half a century until 2005, when the Howard government introduced an anti-terrorism Bill and passed 44 pieces of anti-terrorism legislation, more than in any other comparable jurisdiction internationally.

An Australian national security legislation discussion paper from August 2009 recommended the above mentioned law amendments now being introduced in Parliament as draft legislation.

The 2009 report also proposed to expand the definition of a terrorist act in the Criminal Code to include psychological as well as physical harm, and a new terrorism hoax offence, punishable by up to 10 years' jail for anyone seeking to create a false belief that a terrorist act will occur.

While countries such as Bosnia & Herzegovina, Estonia, Georgia, Ukraine, Ghana and Sri Lanka have in recent times removed criminal defamation laws, it’s good to see the Australian government returning to the age of King Henry the eighth.

It was reported in July 2009 that the UK government was finally relenting and had agreed to abolish the offences of seditious libel and criminal defamation.

UK Justice Minister Lord Bach said:

"Sedition and defamatory libel are arcane offences from a bygone era when freedom of expression wasn't seen as the right it is today"

While the UK laws were rarely in use, their existence, said Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights:

"provides more repressive governments around the world with the excuse they need not only to refuse to repeal defamation laws but also to make active use of such laws to imprison journalists, writers and others."

Conroy in a pickle

Paris-based media rights group Reporters Without Borders last week put Australia on its list of countries "under surveillance" in its recent "Internet Enemies" report.

Australia joins the company of countries in danger of making the main enemies list which includes Russia, Turkey and South Korea.

The report added that in South Korea; "draconian laws are creating too many specific restrictions on web users by challenging their anonymity and promoting self-censorship".

According to the report, China, Iran and Tunisia who have been named "Enemies of the Internet", got more sophisticated at censorship and overcoming dissidents' attempts to communicate online.

Minister of Enlightenment and Propaganda - Stephen Conroy, protected under parliamentary privilege from real world accountability, attempted to mitigate the reports implications by attacking Electronic Frontiers Australia.

Prompted by the Reporters Without Borders report, Queensland Liberal Senator Sue Boyce asked Conroy if he had stifled national debate on internet filtering by "branding critics as child pornography advocates".

In reply Conroy said:

"The material that has been supplied to Reporters Without Borders comes from Electronic Frontiers Australia, who have been challenged publicly on a number of occasions to produce a quote where I have ever said that."

"Electronic Frontiers Australia have run one of the most disgraceful misinformation campaigns and have misled Australians."

"I challenge each and every one of you to come up with such a quote, because it does not exist."

But EFA immediately did produce two such quotes:

In one of the first public pronouncements of the policy, the Minister stated:
"If people equate freedom of speech with watching child pornography, then the Rudd-Labor Government is going to disagree."
On another occasion, when answering a question on the filter put to him by Greens Senator Scott Ludlam during a Senate Estimates hearing, the Minister dodged the question using this device:
Senator Ludlam – Just let me finish. In terms of the countries that you have just listed for me, it is mandatory or is it an opt-in system that, for example, concerned parents could take advantage of?
Senator Conroy – Illegal material is illegal material. Child pornography is child pornography. I trust you are not suggesting that people should have access to child pornography.

After laying down the challenge to find such a quote, Conroy (without irony) went on to say:

"Anyone who tries to suggest that anything other than material included in the RC classification is subject to the filter is misleading all Australians. Let me be very clear: the material under the RC classification is material like child pornography."

EFA asserts that RWB have never contacted them for opinion or briefing on this matter.

One commenter at EFA points out:

"All you have to do to make something “RC” is to simply refuse it. What a twit."

Very true, Refused Classification material already includes content that "instructs or promotes" acts of crime like safe drug use, graffiti art and euthanasia.

Adult content depicting particular fetishes is also RC, in example "golden showers". Recently female ejaculation was reviewed to be included under the later category. It has also been proposed that small breasted women in sexual contexts be refused classification.

But can we trust the government of the day to only ever apply a filter to RC content; even though that in itself can grow to incorporate anything they chose?

Just one year ago Conroy himself was flagging that the compulsory filtering would be based upon the ACMA blacklist of prohibited websites. After much outcry, making sh*t up on the fly, the Minister back flipped to announce official filtering policy was now strictly about denying access to RC, a subset of the blacklist which contained legal adult material.

This got the Australian Christian Lobby all hot and bothered who accused the government of breaking its election promise to censor the internet.

ACL managing director Jim Wallace said of the change to RC content filtering only;

"That doesn't meet the election promise as far as we're concerned at all. The promise was clearly about providing a safer internet environment for children and to do that you need to mandatorily block in the first instance pornography and R18+, and then provide an opt-in system for those adults who want to access it."

Even if Conroy can continue to dodge the wrath of the fundamentalist ACL and maintain a course of RC filtering, as apposed to filtering all online adult pleasures, this would still be an assault on freedom of speech.

Recently the minister called upon Google to censor all videos on its YouTube website in accordance with the filtering scheme. Google Australia politely told him to go f*ck himself, saying:

"The scope of RC is simply too broad and can raise genuine questions about restrictions on access to information. RC includes the grey realms of material instructing in any crime from [painting] graffiti to politically controversial crimes such as euthanasia, and exposing these topics to public debate is vital for democracy."

Poor Stephen, he’s alienated just about all internet users and the internet industry for planning to over filter, while the zealous filter advocates are p*ssed that his plan doesn’t censor nearly enough.

I don’t want to be a broken record, but the mandatory internet censorship policy that our Government has locked in, under the pretense of protecting children, is something that I find most disturbing, so I will cover the topic once more.

Protecting children is a noble objective, one that should be paramount with no resource spared, but censoring the internet or as the government terms it “filtering”, can not deliver on this vital objective.

The Government euphemistically refers to its policy for mandatory internet censorship as “filtering”, but filtering is something applied to percolating coffee. Make no mistake; this is censorship, pure and simple.

Federal Communications Minister Stephen Conroy says some internet content is simply not suitable in a civilized society and that “It is important that all Australians, particularly young children, are protected from this material.”

There are currently around 25 billion indexed pages accessible from the World Wide Web, plus an untold number of encrypted and hidden pages which have not been indexed by major search engines.

Even the most clueless of clueless Governments could not seriously entertain that a blacklist could in any way shape or form, provide a meaningful “filtering” solution for that volume of website pages.

It is clear from the outset that this policy has nothing to do with “protecting citizens” and has everything to do with creating additional government authority for the purpose of censoring any internet content that they so choose, in a very targeted manner, as this is the only manner feasible.

If anything, the policy will place children at greater peril, as parents may be given a false sense of security and become more complacent about their children’s online activities. The policy is an easy fix solution, one that requires no real effort by parents in being responsible for their children’s safety, and one that requires no real effort for government to implement. This makes the policy very attractive to all concerned, but again the sense of security is extremely misplaced.

Senator Conroy has announced the requirements that Internet Service Providers censor internet content hosted overseas, will come into effect twelve months from the date of the passage of the legislation.

This conveniently places the commencement of censoring our internet, post Election Day. There’s a reason for this, the Government knows full well how enormously unpopular the policy is.

However rather than listen to just about every respected academic and technical mind in the country, and around 90% of the general population, who are all screaming NO FILTER, the Government seem quite at ease demonstrating utter contempt and disregard for our wishes, providing they can of course do so and still secure re-election.

If you believe what the Government tells you, you may have the impression that the mechanism for “filtering” is purely based upon a “defined list of URLs” or black list which ISPs will deny end user access to.

But of course the Government has not exactly been forthcoming with disclosing the technologies that were utilized in trials during 2009.

Lui Spandas of ARNnet reported in June 2009 that ISPs involved in the trials were using appliance based products which through signature blocking, have capabilities for filtering peer-to-peer (P2P) traffic, instant messaging communications, anonymous website proxies and online gaming sites.

Quoting Webshield Managing director Anthony Pillion, Spandas writes:

“Web filtering is more granular and flexible than just blocking a black list and we haven’t stopped at Web content level.”

Stephen Conroy says the Government will not determine what is blacklisted; rather an independent body will determine what sites are rated as RC (refused classification).

The “independent body” he refers to is otherwise known as the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), a government organization.

Currently the Australian Classification Board provides classifications on internet content to the ACMA on request, if and only if, the ACMA receives a complaint about internet content. According to the ACMA website:

The ACMA can only take action about material that is prohibited, or potentially prohibited, under the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

This golden rule will now be applied to all overseas content under the filtering policy and already law exists in anticipation of that. The Broadcasting Services Act of 1992, Amended Nov 20th 2009, Vol 2 reads:

If, in the course of an investigation under Division 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 7, the ACMA is satisfied that Internet content hosted outside Australia is prohibited content or potential prohibited content, the ACMA must:

Give each Internet service provider known to the ACMA a written notice (a standard access-prevention notice) directing the provider to take all reasonable steps to prevent end-users from accessing the content.

If you are to attempt discourse with Minister Conroy or worse, ask him to explain the Governments position in this matter, you will receive from his office a publication entitled “Cyber-safety and internet service provider filtering” which will do nothing to address your questions.

One paragraph of this document makes the claim:

“For families that wish to have a wider range of material filtered, including potentially X18+ content and gaming sites, the Government will establish a grants program to encourage ISPs to offer these services on a commercial basis.”

This would appear to contradict the Broadcasting Services Act which, defining Prohibited Content reads:

For the purposes of this Schedule, content (other than content that consists of an eligible electronic publication) is prohibited content if:

(a) The content has been classified RC or X 18+ by the Classification Board; or

(b) Both:

(i) The content has been classified R 18+ by the Classification Board; and

(ii) Access to the content is not subject to a restricted access system.

Further, the Act defines potential prohibited content as follows:

For the purposes of this Schedule, content is potential prohibited content if:

a) the content has not been classified by the Classification Board; and

(b) if the content were to be classified by the Classification Board, there is a substantial likelihood that the content would be prohibited content.

Online video games will also be subject to internet filtering requirements. This presents a double edged injustice, as Australia is currently the only democracy in the world that has no adult classification ratings for video games.

What that means is existing video games, even extremely graphic and adult audience orientated ones, receive a maximum classification rating of MA+ 15 in Australia. This allows minor’s to play games with inappropriate content for their age, often unbeknown to their parents whom mistakenly believe MA+ 15 indicates suitability for ages 15 years and above.

A similar set of circumstances apply to games, which have been outlined in relation to internet content. If someone complains about a game, or the Classification Board receives a tip off about content concerns before a game is released, they revue the game in question. If it is found to fall outside the definition of MA+ 15, then it is classified RC, becoming prohibited content.

It will become very common indeed under these guidelines, for online games to be added to the list for which access is denied.

Already an ever increasing amount of material is being categorized as, and adding to, an extensive list of prohibited content, long before filtering is even due to begin. At this rate, by the time filtering does arrive, it may well be that content from main stream media outlets are the only remaining publications/productions which the Government allows the public to access.

Free speech now $20K speech

Detailed in the previous post, revelations of South Australian Attorney General Michael Atkinson, suing one of his own constituents for the sum of $20K, because she was brazen enough to complain about Atkinson in a confidential email which she sent to her local Council, who then forwarded the correspondence to Atkinson.

Last night in the ABC program – Media Watch, more details of Atkinson suing yet another individual for calling him a “crook” in a blog comment. The asking sum - $20K of course. Poor Mr. Atkinson must be short of dollars, so has thus instigated this genius plan of demanding $20,000 from anyone who annoys him.

If you would like to donate to the Michael Atkinson fund, here’s how, just make an unfavourable remark about him, on the blog of your choosing, anywhere on the net (doesn’t matter where, he’ll track you down), and you too will receive an extortion note from his lawyers Norman Waterhouse.

It’s a bargain really; just $20K and you can say whatever, just like free speech but not, because it costs $20K, call it $20k speech.

So ok, here’s what I think, $20K speech is terrorism, Michael Atkinson you are a terrorist and Norman Waterhouse – go f*ck yourself!

Dumb & Dumber

What have dumb & dumber been up to lately?

Dumb Stephen Conroy (Minister of Enlightenment) in charge of censoring the internet in Australia, was sprung last week censoring his own website.

The front page of Minister Conroy's official website displays a list of topics connected to his portfolio, along with links to more information about each one.

All the usual topics are there – cyber safety, the national broadband network and so on.

All except one.

It was revealed today a script within the minister's homepage deliberately removes references to internet filtering from the list.

In the function that creates the list, or "tag cloud", there is a condition that if the words "ISP filtering" appear they should be skipped and not displayed.

According to Google's cache records, the exception has been included on the minister's homepage since at least February 14.

I get the feeling that his office email has the same filter filter, because despite sending countless requests for answers on policy queries, I still await reply.

As for dumber Michael Atkinson (AG SA) in charge of censoring video games in Australia, he has been inconspicuously absent from the media since the infamous "Good Game" interview, see previous post - Who is Michael Atkinson?

"I feel that my family and I are more at risk from gamers than we are from outlaw motorcycle gangs, who also hate me and are running a candidate against me."

"The outlaw motorcycle gangs haven't been hanging around my doorstep at 2am - a gamer has."

I suspect with the South Australian election so near (March 20th), Atkinson can no longer afford to be recorded or reported making any public comment, as every time he does so, he does himself a huge disfavour.

Note of interest: video game retailer EB Games has collected 46000 signatures in the last 3 weeks, for a national petition in support of an R18+ rating for video games.

Being now starved of Atkinson’s Magoo like comedic prowess, possibly due to a self imposed media gag, I’ll add in a few more blasts from the past here which I didn’t quite fit into the previous post, cause everyone needs a laugh.

Recently Atkinson, in a feeble attempt to justify new South Australian law banning anonymous online political commentary during election periods, a law which he himself had sponsored, Atkinson said on radio the censorship was necessary because fictitious characters were being deployed by opposition parties to defame him.

"I'll give you an example; repeatedly in the AdelaideNow website one will see commentary from Aaron Fornarino of West Croydon. That person doesn't exist"

"That name has been created by the Liberal Party in order to run Liberal Party commentary."
When asked how he knew Mr Fornarino did not exist, Mr Atkinson said:
"Because I've been the member for the area for 20 years, I've lived here for longer.

"I have the up-to-date electoral roll and I just know West Croydon people very well."
But Mr Fornarino does exist. He lives in a flat on Port Rd, about 500m from Mr Atkinson's electorate office.

Mr Fornarino, 28, a second-year law student, moved to the West Croydon, address in September.

One of the all time classics from Atkinson was his tale about bikies barbecuing and eating a cat, in a public park just near his house.

The statement was made during debate after the Government had deemed it necessary to add extra amendments to an Act prohibiting the consumption of cats and dogs.

It was later revealed that they were not bikies, it was not a cat, it was no where near his house and the event had transpired some 13 years prior.

Poor confused Michael apologized in Parliament for his artistically creative comments:

"I apologise to the Gypsy Jokers, the Hells Angels, the Finks, the Rebels, the Bandido's and the Descendants and any other gangs the Member for Unley nominates as being cut to the quick by my remark during debate."

These examples demonstrate how readily Mr. Atkinson will utilize an imaginary premise to score points or secure support for unnecessary laws. The cat/dog Act amendments were passed.

On to a serious matter now that has Atkinson’s finger prints all over it, St Clair Reserve Woodville. Charles Sturt Council who owns this popular children’s play park, has given approval for a new housing estate to be built on the land.

Originally the land developers secured approval for the project on an adjacent, abandoned, industrially contaminated block but later withdrew due to the land remediation burden. Consequently a deal was struck to "swap" the land, put the playground in the industrial waste site and build houses on the playground.

Independent MP David Winderlich has been successful in calling for an investigation, he claims Atkinson offered one councillor his support for a Labor seat and another an appointment to chair a committee with a $3000 payment attached, in exchange for influencing Charles Sturt to go ahead with the land swap.

A couple of thousand residents have been furiously protesting the move, one of whom sent a series of emails to Charles Sturt Council commenting on statements made by Mr. Winderlich in parliament, which suggested Mr Atkinson’s staffers had intimidated residents.

The problem with that is that 12 of 17 Charles Sturt Councillors are members of the Labor Party and three are actually employed by Labor MPs. The confidential email was passed on to Mr. Atkinson by a source or sources within the Charles Sturt Council.

Acting on behalf of Michael Atkinson, Norman Waterhouse lawyers served notice on the resident in question, demanding $23,000 in damages and legal fees.

Who is Michael Atkinson?

More slanderous garbage against gamers has once more been flowing from the mouth of South Australian Attorney General Michael Atkinson.

In an interview on ABC’s Good Game TV show, Atkinson alleged receiving “hate material” from gamers.

"I don't know who sends me this filthy material but I get my electorate office email spammed, about 2 o'clock in the morning I had a threatening note from a gamer shoved under my door."

"I feel that my family and I are more at risk from gamers than we are from outlaw motorcycle gangs, who also hate me and are running a candidate against me."

"The outlaw motorcycle gangs haven't been hanging around my doorstep at 2am - a gamer has."

WTF? It says "CAN HAS R18 RATING PLZ?" That’s the meekest threat I’ve ever seen, it even has the good manners to say please.

As for a gamer hanging around his doorstep at 2am, I assume Mick is referring to his office door step although he ambiguously does not say. His private residence boasts an 8 ft tall, 1 ft thick brick wall, and there are a couple of guard dogs to get past between that wall and his front door. Perhaps that note was the work of super Mario? So how is it again that he and his family feel threatened?

In light of all the poorly chosen remarks and eyebrow raising allegations against his opponents of late, I believe Mr Atkinson has earned a case for some detailed scrutiny.

I will do him the courtesy of not assuming that his campaign will involve criminal activity and dirty tricks, and I will not say that is what I’ve come to expect from the SA Labor Party.

Mick may be doing his best to impersonate Mr Magoo, but appearances can be deceiving. Not in this case however, I believe he really is Mr Magoo but there is much more than meets the eye when it comes to dealing with Mick.

Michael Atkinson is a practicing Catholic and a founding member of Labor Unity. Labor Unity or the Labor Right is an organized faction of the Australian Labor Party (ALP).

Labor Left has in the past criticized the faction (Right) for being beholden to papal authority.

Atkinson has become infamous for many a scandal and blooper since taking government in 2002.

There was the “Ashbourne affair” – Premier Mike Rann’s former media adviser Randall Ashbourne allegedly made offers to former Labor deputy leader Ralph Clarke to settle defamation actions between Clarke and Atkinson, in exchange for lucrative statutory board positions for Clarke. Clarke testified at a committee hearing that Ashbourne was never in a position to disclose or decide anything relating to the alleged offers he was negotiating without first phoning Mick for direction.

As Minister for Justice, Atkinson became slightly flustered when his Dept Chief Executive Kate Lennon, was sprung trying to hide $6 million under her bed from unspent treasury.

Premier Mike Rann has gone on record in the past saying he is tough on crime and that he will “rack’m, pack’m and stack’m” in jails. In 2008 Atkinson called Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Cannon “daft” and “delusional” for his suggestion that overcrowded jails could justify lighter prison sentences. Mr Cannon consequently sued Mr Atkinson for defamation.

Magistrate Cannon won a cool $175,000.00. Cabinet thought the defamation was a simple blooper anyone could make and decided therefore that tax payers would pick up the tab for Mick, which ended being $211,000.00 after interest and government costs.

Mick caused outrage once again in 2009 with more stupid comments, this time in relation to a group of Aboriginal gang members whom he said were "pure evil" with no hope of rehabilitation.

Atkinson said he was weary of "hand-wringers" with a "1960s hippie" outlook on life who were stopping the state Labor government from giving young Aboriginal boys a better life behind bars.

"Among the gang of 49, there are a hard core of about 12 offenders who (Catholic priest and social policy leader) Monsignor Cappo, not just me, say are beyond redemption."

Let’s have a brief look at one example of the influence the Catholic Church wields on Government with its commercial activities led by Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Adelaide Monsignor David Cappo. This gives insight into one of the forces propping up our Attorney General.

The legal fraternity is dominated by Catholics and Catholics are a big part of the right wing of the Labor party. Remember Mick is a practicing Catholic, has a law degree (goes without saying being the AG and Minister for Justice), and was a founder of the modern day Labor Right (Unity) faction.

VS1 is the new corporate headquarters for SA Water, one of the largest SA government departments, which is bringing people from three sites to the new tower. It is built on land that fronts Victoria Square which included a two-storey office block and the old tram barn.

The Rann Government sold the block of land, comprising some 8000 squ m, to the Catholic Church Endowment Society Inc. in December 2005 for $5.874 million.

That's around $734 per square metre. This compares with an average price of around $1500 per square metre that was the going price at the time.

The Deed of Agreement was signed in October 2003. The purchase price was $5.34 million exclusive of GST (included a contribution by Government of $160,000 toward remediation of soil pollutants on the site).

So the Catholics bought well. "Fair enough," everybody said. "They need the land for a gymnasium and to give the St Aloysius College girls a bit of room to swing a cat."

But the next step was what caused a swarm of developers to take a collective jealous sigh: the Rann Government prepared a select list of three developers to come up with a new home for SA Water. And guess who won the competitive tender? The Catholic Church Endowment Society.

The new SA Water building is thought to have more than 20,000 squ m of lettable space. At $350-400 per square metre - the going rate - the annual revenue to the church will start at around $7 million a year and may be as high as $8 million.

If you assume a yield of six per cent on the sale of the developed property, the capital value on completion will be somewhere in the vicinity of $120 million.

But the question on many minds is whether the terrific deal that Monsignor Cappo's church has pulled off with the SA Water building is a function of his honorary position as a member of the Executive Committee of Cabinet.

Cappo, the second highest ranking Catholic in SA, along with super-rich mining entrepreneur Robert Champion de Crespigny were appointed to the Executive Committee of Cabinet in June 2005.

Interesting stuff, but there is even more behind our Catholic Mick than the world’s most powerful church.

Atkinson has a good law degree from ANU but has never practised as a lawyer. After graduation, Atkinson worked as a political staffer and was recruited by Don Farrell's 'Shoppies'. As well as being politically Labor Right, the Shoppies - more correctly the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association - is Australia's largest union by numbers and is also very stable, having had the same management for decades until the elevation of Peter Manilauskas to the local throne, replacing Don Farrell who finally got his Senate seat.

It's interesting to see how bulletproof Attorney-General Michasel Atkinson is. Rann has wanted him out for years, but Atkinson is backed by the all-powerful Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association. Rann is only the junior partner in the SDA/Rann government, with former SDA boss Don Farrell still calling many of the shots.

Another very important aspect of the SDA is that it carries the mantle of the late departed DLP - the formidable Democratic Labor Party, aka the Catholic arm of the Labor Party. Atkinson's father was the leader of the DLP in SA, which gives Michael Atkinson dynastic protection.

Atkinson isn't going anywhere, whatever he does. If the SDA deserted its men, it would have no business being in government.

Most schoolchildren would see through Atkinson's bumbling defences against the accusations against him in the "Randall Ashbourne Affair" and in the Kate Lennon "Stashed Cash Affair", and the Wasted Quarter Million affair.

Generally, the charge against Atkinson is basically of lying and dishonesty. In no case has Atkinson been able to clear his name - the disputes have generally been 'closed down' by government action.

The SDA seems to see the government as a job network. If you are close to the SDA, your chances of getting a comfortable well-paid job within a Minister's office, or on boards and committees is maximized.

Peter Louca, a former SDA heavy, is now chief of staff to Michael Atkinson and was a candidate for Mayo in 1996. Shannon Sampson, a former industrial officer for the SDA, is an adviser to Michael Atkinson.

SDA boss Peter Manilauskas, now one of the most powerful men in SA, was appointed at the age of 27 to the board of WorkCover.

Peter's young brother Rob, sister Elizabeth and his ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Hollidge are on the public payroll. All three dragged from dreary, difficult jobs in private enterprise and now grazing peacefully on the sunny pastures of the land of the free lunch, fat government pay packet and not much work.

Come on in - there's still plenty of room at the trough, and the money's fine! Just leave your ethics at the door if you don't mind.

Rob Malinauskas was in his early 20s and employed as a cadet journalist at The Advertiser when he was appointed to a position in Deputy Premier Foley's office with a salary of almost $90,000 pa.

Elizabeth (Peter’s sister) scored a job in Attorney-General Atkinson's office as a liaison officer. Elizabeth Hollidge (Peter’s ex) managed to find employment as an adviser in Michael Atkinson’s office (and a rewarding gig on the Development Policy Advisory Committee).

Michael Atkinson's wife is an employee of the SDA.

Given Atkinson's associations, and given the Federal Communications Minister’s very similar associations, it all becomes remarkably clear why Australia has no adult ratings for video games and is about to become retarded with nanny state internet filtering, despite these policies being in complete opposition to all common sense.

Copyright theft or Big Brother by stealth?

The ABC reports that “the Australian film and television industry has lost a case against a major internet service provider whose customers downloaded pirated movies and television programs” - Hooray!

The legal action followed a five-month investigation by the Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft.

The companies claimed iiNet infringed copyright by failing to stop users engaging in illegal file sharing.

Justice Dennis Cowdroy said it was "impossible" to find against iiNet for what its users did.

Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft executive director Neil Gane said he was disappointed with the decision.

Mr Gane said he was confident that the Federal Government would now review the laws surrounding copyright infringement.

The entertainment companies compiled their evidence by hiring two investigators to subscribe to iiNet and then begin trading files using different BitTorrent networks.

They kept track of what movies and TV shows they were sharing, when they downloaded them, and the ID numbers of the computers they were sharing these files with.

My opinion: Media companies should not be trying to penalize end users, or their ISP for sharing files, particularly when the media companies actually took part in the sharing.

Sharing files online should be no more illegal than permitting a neighbour to view a purchased DVD disc. If an individual was charging for the property of a media company, that’s theft, but even then why pursue the ISP that individual subscribes to?

I find Neil Gane’s expectation that Government will now review laws, very troublesome, I wonder what inspires his confidence.

In readiness of the fourth coming mandatory internet filtering, laws have already been written into the Broadcasting Services Act which obligates ISPs to execute “denial of access” for anything identified as “prohibited content”.

And then on Feb 2nd 2010, there is this - Senate passes net interception Bill.

This is all seems to be pointing to the painting of a disturbing image for the manner in which people will access (or not access) the net in future.

Although Hillary Clinton recently denounced internet censorship: “Countries that restrict free access to information or violate the basic rights of Internet users risk walling themselves off from the progress of the next century”, in truth the grimy finger prints from the hand of big brother being smeared all over the internet in Australia, would appear to be originating from US government policy.

Angus Kidman of crikey.com reports:

The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) spearheaded by the US government, which apparently doesn’t think its existing draconian proposals in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (which Australian copyright law largely mirrors, thanks to the 2004 Free Trade Agreement) go far enough.

The proposal has been debated at a series of meetings between stakeholders since 2007, and while confirmed information is fairly scant, earlier leaked documents suggest that as well as covering physical piracy, ACTA will try and enforce copyright in the digital realm, meaning the same kind of ISP-level meddling that’s associated with current internet censorship proposals in Australia.

“The participants in ACTA negotiations do not intend for the ACTA to target individuals, the privacy of individuals or the property of individuals where those individuals are not engaged in commercial scale trade in counterfeit and pirate goods.”
What DFAT doesn’t discuss at all is the highly secretive nature of the treaty process. A prolonged legal campaign by the Electronic Freedom Foundation in the US did eventually result in 159 pages of documents associated with the treaty being released but only after 1362 had been deemed as potentially violating “national security” and withheld.

Open government seems to be playing second fiddle to the demands of the IP protection crowd, which counts deep-pocketed software makers and movie studios among its most verbal supporters.

Policy measures for combating copyright theft on one hand and censoring internet content to “protect children” on the other, may seem unrelated at a glance but only if you believe the lies.

As far as I am concerned, the protecting children line is a lie, how can government possibly filter 25 billion World Wide Web pages with any effectiveness whatsoever? In addition, certain organisations, ones that have a large enough profit margin, will enjoy exemption from being filtered.

In example, management from SecondLife have stated they have government assurance that they will be unaffected by filtering. How can this be when some areas of SL host the most heinous of debaucheries to be found in any online gaming platform, anywhere on the net?

Denial of access to internet end users by big brother to protect copyright law, and denial of access to protect children from undesirable content are both two sides of the same coin. Coin literally. Allowing people of the Earth to have freedom of choice, is not in the interest of the small minority, over privileged who puppeteer our governments and own all the big media companies, when they have a monopoly to maintain.

South Australia’s Attorney General Michael Atkinson, has crash landed back to Earth after completing a double back flip (with half pike), and is now enduring the sour taste of humble pie, forcibly spoon fed while under restraint.

A furore erupted on the 2nd of Feb, when it became widespread public knowledge that the SA Government had passed a Bill sponsored by Mr. Atkinson, amending the Electoral Act (effective as of 6th Jan 2010).

The new Act reads:

"A person must not during an election period, publish material consisting of, or containing a commentary on, any candidate or political party, or the issues being submitted to electors, in written form, in a journal published in electronic form on the internet or by radio or television or broadcast on the internet, unless the material or the program in which the material is presented contains a statement of the name and address (not being a post office box) of a person who takes responsibility for the publication of that material."

The law applies in SA (or no longer applies, only on the word of Mr. Atkinson’s promise) between the issue of a writ authorizing an election and the election.

Fines of $1250 for citizens can be issued for non-compliance in the law which also requires media organizations to keep a person's real name and full address on file for six months, with fines of $5000 if they do not hand over this information to the Electoral Commissioner.

Now, whenever a South Australian writes a comment about a political matter during an election period, they must provide their full name and address. With accusations of government MPs threatening their constituents with legal action for expressing dissent, it is not difficult to imagine a possible motivation for these changes.

The AdelaideNow website (a division of News Corp’s Advertiser Newspaper) reported:

Attorney-General Michael Atkinson said the law would not impinge on free speech and claimed that he expected The Advertiser and AdelaideNow to "publish false stories about me, invent things about me to punish me''.

WTF Mick?

I used to have respect for Mick Atkinson; he was once a politician who was approachable, a regular local guy. While most other parliamentarians were being chauffeur driven about town in luxury cars paid for by tax payers, Mick could always be seen pedaling down the street on his bicycle, arriving at work with pegged trouser legs.

But this outburst against AdelaideNow; "a sewer of criminal defamation", in itself defamation, clearly suggests the old man is going senile.

And this is not the only gibberish attack to dribble from the mouth of Mr. Atkinson of late. I get the feeling he’s a tad nervous about the forthcoming March 20 election in SA.

He has held the seat of Croydon in Adelaide for the last 20 years but now there is a new party on the block directly challenging him in his own electorate, gamers4croydon.

Atkinson has been a lone campaigner (only Attorney-General in Australia) persisting in voting no on the introduction of an R18+ classification rating for video games in Australia. This was the primary catalyst for gamers4croydon forming; they hope to apply enough pressure to have this classification issue resolved on the side of common sense.

Speaking to GameSpot AU Atkinson said he wasn't threatened by gamers4croydon's presence.

However, he then proceeded to attack them just for good measure:

"I assume the gamers4croydon campaign will involve criminal activities and dirty tricks, which is what I've come to expect from gamers."

As a member of gamers4croydon and/or just as a gamer, I find that remark highly offensive, way to alienate your constituency Mick.

The story of the amended Electoral Act ends happily for now (providing we can believe the promise of a politician) and it’s a great demonstration of what can be achieved if people only give a dam, and act on their convictions.

Even if Mick keeps good on his promise, the fact that he sponsored the implementation of this abominable law to start with, and the main opposition party supported the law without objection, would incline me to recommend all South Australians vote 1, gamers4croydon.

Blackout Week

It’s been 2 weeks now since I last submitted queries regarding compulsory internet filtering to the Minister of Enlightenment, Senator Conroy, see previous post. I still await reply and therefore shall begin sending his office frequent requests.

There are many great protests evolving against the announced internet filtering policy. One group registered the domain stephenconroy.com.au which proudly displays the header; Stephen Conroy: Minister for Fascism.

Despite Minister Conroy profusely guaranteeing complete transparency in censoring our online content, the stephenconroy.com.au story is perhaps a true indication of the way the Australian Government intends to use these new powers.

Conroy officially announced future mandatory internet filtering on the 15th Dec 2009, and then quickly disappeared for the holiday break. On the 18th Dec 2009, the Australian Domain Name Administrator (auDA) issued notice to the owners of stephenconroy.com.au, demanding evidence of eligibility to hold such a domain name.

auDA gave them a leisurely 3 hours to satisfy the demand from time of notice issue. The website was taken offline upon the deadline expiring.

The website owners quickly re-established their online presence at Stephen-conroy.com where Australian authorities have no jurisdiction.

The best thing about this site is that a photo of Minister Conroy shares different random words of wisdom each time a visitor loads the page. My favourite is this one -

I forwarded correspondence to Australia's Communications Minister, Stephen Conroy, on 17/12/09 in relation to the announcement of compulsory internet filtering.

I am outraged with the announcement that compulsory internet filtering will proceed.

There are currently around 110 million operational websites online with in excess of 25 billion indexed pages. How does one review 25 billion pages and counting? Even if only 1% of those pages were “prohibited content”, no organization could hope to apply a meaningful filter solution; it would be like trying to arrest a locust plague with a butterfly net.

It is clear from the outset that this policy has nothing to do with “protecting citizens/children” and has everything to do with government censoring any internet content that they so choose, in a targeted manner, as this is the only manner feasible.

I was not aware that websites are assigned classifications (and I'm a website owner), so I investigated. The Australian Classification Board provides classifications on internet content to the ACMA on request, if and only if, the ACMA receives a complaint about internet content. According to the ACMA website; “The ACMA can only take action about material that is prohibited, or potentially prohibited, under the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.”

Scanning through, it would appear that the Broadcasting Services Act, amended Nov 20, 2009, already contains the provisions for compulsory internet filtering.

In summary, the Act bestows the ACMA with the power to enforce that all ISPs deny access to any internet content that is rated X 18+ or refused classification (RC).

Already RC is applied to an ever increasing number of films by the Australian office of censorship (Classification Board), making them illegal in Australia, and all video games are RC by default if they cannot meet the MA15+ standard.

Dictating that adults should not be free to choose adult entertainment has no place in a "democracy"

If we really lived in a democracy, a majority voice would prevail. That majority voice has for the past year, been strongly advising you against this policy, and yet you remain unmoved in a position contrary to common sense. Why don't you just come out and say you hold no regard for public opinion if that is the case?

I received reply on the 4th Jan 2010 in the form of an attached PDF – “Cyber-safety and internet service provider filtering”.

While I appreciate the response, the PDF (outlining the filtering policy), does little in addressing any of the concerns I submitted.

Further, the PDF contradicts the Broadcasting Services Act.

From the “Cyber-safety and internet service provider filtering” (PDF) I received:

“For families that wish to have a wider range of material filtered, including potentially X18+ content and gaming sites, the Government will establish a grants program to encourage ISPs to offer these services on a commercial basis.”

If, in the course of an investigation under Division 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 7, the ACMA is satisfied that Internet content hosted outside Australia is prohibited content or potential prohibited content, the ACMA must:

Give each Internet service provider known to the ACMA a written notice (a standard access-prevention notice) directing the provider to take all reasonable steps to prevent end-users from accessing the content.

Prohibited Content:

For the purposes of this Schedule, content (other than content that consists of an eligible electronic publication) is prohibited content if:

(a) The content has been classified RC or X 18+ by the Classification Board; or

(b) Both:

(i) The content has been classified R 18+ by the Classification Board; and

(ii) Access to the content is not subject to a restricted access system.

Naturally, I submitted another email to the office of Minister Conroy, as follows:

Minister Conroy, are you oblivious to the laws relating to your own portfolio (X 18+ is prohibited online content), or are you intentionally misleading the public when you claim “ISPs will be encouraged to offer filtering” of X18+ content?

I think it appropriate that you actually answer this question and not send another PDF in response which 1) tells me what I already know, and 2) raises even more questions.

I also expect an answer to the following, and will continue to send correspondence until I receive reply that does address my questions.

1) How can you claim that “a defined list of URLs can be filtered with 100 per cent accuracy” when it was revealed in trials that the web pages of a Queensland tour operator, boarding kennel and a dentist, as well as online gambling sites, You Tube links, regular porn and fetish sites and Wikileaks pages had all been included in the ACMA’s secret “defined list”?

2) There are currently approximately 25 billion indexed web pages world wide, how do you propose a meaningful “defined list” solution for that volume?

3) All video games are classified RC by default in Australia if they cannot meet the MA15+ standard, why are you proposing that adults should not be free to choose adult entertainment?

Censorship issues have inspired the birth of a new political party in South Australia, gamers4croydon.

We are committed to running candidates in next year's (2010) South Australia election, with specific emphasis on the Croydon electorate.

Its official, Australian Minister of National Enlightenment and Propaganda, Comrade Conroy announces the death of the internet as we know it in Australia.

The Federal Government will introduce compulsory internet filtering.

Communications Minister Stephen Conroy announced the changes today following a controversial trial to filter the internet which was conducted earlier this year.

Senator Conroy says some internet content is simply not suitable in a civilised society.

"It is important that all Australians, particularly young children, are protected from this material," he said.

He says the Government will not determine what is blacklisted on the internet in Australia; rather an independent body will determine what sites are rated as RC for refused classification.

Legislation will be introduced into Parliament next year which will require all ISPs to block material which has been refused classification in other countries.

The filtering trial attracted criticism from some who said it would not work and would slow internet speeds.

But Senator Conroy says the trial has been successful.

"Our pilot, and the experience of ISPs in many western democracies, shows that ISP level-filtering of a defined list of URLs can be delivered with 100 per cent accuracy," he said.

"It also demonstrated that it can be done with negligible impact on internet speed."

Grants will also be offered to ISPs to voluntarily block other content.

After the legislation is passed the filter will take 12 months to implement.

Senator Conroy says the Government will take steps to ensure the filter is transparent and people know why material is being blocked.

In May 2008, the Government said it would spend $125.8 million over four years on several measures to strengthen cyber safety, including the filter.

Analyzing this lunacy:

1) "Some internet content is simply not suitable in a civilized society, it is important that all Australians are protected from this material".

I was under the mistaken impression that individuals in civilized society had the capacity and freedom to autonomously discern good from bad, and accordingly make a decision to consume or not consume, thank you Senator for correcting my misguided perception.

Independent in the way that the “Peoples Daily” is an independent newspaper in the People’s Republic of China. The “independent body” comrade refers to is otherwise known as the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), a government organization.

3) "Legislation will be introduced into Parliament next year which will require all ISPs to block material which has been refused classification in other countries".

I assume that should read something like “Legislation will be introduced into Parliament next year which will require all ISPs to block material from other countries which has been refused classification in Australia.”

After all, (don’t quote me on this) but I would suspect that classification codes are not quite up to par in Uzbekistan or Uruguay. Conversely, any content outside the Chairman Mao fan club is RC in China.

My next thought was, are websites actually classified in Australia? I mean, I have never seen a website with classification info, like the logos that appear on DVD movies.

Upon investigation, as near as I can tell from available info, the Australian Classification Board provides classifications on internet content to the ACMA on request, if and only if, the ACMA receives a complaint about internet content. According to the ACMA website: “The ACMA can only take action about material that is prohibited, or potentially prohibited, under the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.”

As for legislation being introduced next year, it would appear that media law imposing “access prevention notices” on ISPs is already active, as gleaned from the Act, thanks ACMA for the tip.

In summary, the act (amended just weeks ago) bestows the ACMA government organisation with the power to enforce that all ISPs deny access to any internet content that is rated X 18+ or refused classification (RC).

If, in the course of an investigation, the ACMA is satisfied that Internet content is prohibited content or potential prohibited content, the ACMA must:

Hugh, come again? Back in March it was revealed with much fan fair in the main stream media, that the web pages of a Queensland tour operator, boarding kennel and a dentist had all been included in this “defined URL list” being trialled.

In addition, online gambling sites, You Tube links, regular porn and fetish sites and Wikileaks pages were also found in the black list.

Wikileaks reported at the time:

"Apparently without irony, ACMA threatens fines of up to $11,000 a day for linking to sites on its secret, unreviewable, censorship blacklist. This week saw Australia joining China and the United Arab Emirates as the only countries censoring Wikileaks. We were not notified by ACMA."

Comrade Conroy guest starred on ABC TV and made rather bemusing claims about the Russian Mafia hacking the web-page of the dentist in a pathetic attempt to justify why the blacklist filter had been less than “100% accurate”.

Perhaps the most nefarious line in the ABC article, WTF does this mean, block other content?

Before closing comments on this article, the ABC was swamped with 350 of them. Scrolling through, I detected about 7 comments in favour of the filtering, but I suspect one of those was Minister Conroy, who under the handle Kex wrote:

I think it's a good compromise between protection and freedom of expression. The commitments to transparency are a pretty good inclusion as well.

And then there were the super delusional. -

Hmmmm reading most of these posts seems a lot of people are into the hard core porn, sexual abuse and the like, well what ever turns you on....

Remember it’s designed to protect young children and people who have a clean and decent outlook on life.

Overwhelmingly though, about 343 from 350 comments expressed outrage and a desire to burn the government at the stake.

It would appear from the comments however, that the public is oblivious to just how sinister the filtering announcement really is.

It’s not merely a dumb filter programmed with a black list; our government has been less than forthcoming in disclosing the technologies which will be utilized under the legislation. Most ISPs in the trial were all using appliance based products with signature blocking capabilities able to filter P2P, IMs, anonymous proxies and online gaming.

Conroy may be less articulate than a baboon’s asshole and apparently arrogant enough to fly in the face of all considered and professional advice on this issue, but this is not about the Rudd government, this is a world wide attack on public freedom to access information.

In the UK, a new Digital Economy Bill is currently under review in the House of Lords. It contains a provision (clause 11), which begins:

The Secretary of State may at any time by order impose a technical obligation on internet service providers if the Secretary of State considers it appropriate….

The definition of a "technical obligation" and "technical measure" are inserted by clause 10:

A "technical obligation", in relation to an internet service provider, is an obligation for the provider to take a technical measure against particular subscribers to its service.

A "technical measure" is a measure that— (a) limits the speed or other capacity of the service provided to a subscriber; (b) prevents a subscriber from using the service to gain access to particular material, or limits such use; (c) suspends the service provided to a subscriber; or (d) limits the service provided to a subscriber in another way.

Authorities in the UK are claiming these measures are designed for combating copyright infringement, probably less insulting to the intelligence of the public than the story about protecting children, but my point is governments are not behind this attack on our freedoms, they are just facilitating it.

The Howard Gov (previous Aust Gov) was in the process of implementing this action and an Abbott Gov (new leader of opposition Gov) would not deviate from this course either.

Governments are not elected; they are selected, by the people who own them and whom the government is always answerable to, the few who really run this world from behind the curtain. These are the people we need to dethrone.

Protest action is already alive and well, in September; Prime Minister Kevin Dudd’s own official website was attacked and shut down, allegedly by the group “Anonymous” who had given prior warning that government websites would be targeted.

Schedule 5 - Online services

This Schedule sets up a system for regulating certain aspects of the Internet industry.

• If the ACMA is satisfied that Internet content hosted outside Australia is prohibited content or potential prohibited content, the ACMA must:

(a) if the ACMA considers that the content is of a sufficiently serious nature to warrant referral to a law enforcement agency—notify the content to an Australian police force; and

(b) Notify the content to Internet service providers so that the providers can deal with the content in accordance with procedures specified in an industry code or industry standard (for example, procedures for the filtering, by technical means, of such content).

• The ACMA has a reserve power to make an industry standard if there are no industry codes or if an industry code is deficient.

• The ACMA may make online provider determinations regulating Internet service providers.

If, in the course of an investigation under Division 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 7, the ACMA is satisfied that Internet content hosted outside Australia is prohibited content or potential prohibited content, the ACMA must:

Give each Internet service provider known to the ACMA a written notice (a standard access-prevention notice) directing the provider to take all reasonable steps to prevent end-users from accessing the content.

The ACMA may, by written instrument, declare that a specified arrangement is a recognised alternative access-prevention arrangement for the purposes of the application of this Division to one or more specified end-users if the ACMA is satisfied that the arrangement is likely to provide a reasonably effective means of preventing access by those end-users to prohibited content and potential prohibited content.

Industry codes and industry standards

• Compliance with industry standards is mandatory.

Matters that must be dealt with by industry codes and industry Standards

General matters

(1) The Parliament intends that, for the Internet service provider section of the Internet industry, there should be:

(a) an industry code or an industry standard that deals with; or
(b) an industry code and an industry standard that together deal with;

(j) subject to subclause (8A), action to be taken to assist in the development and implementation of Internet content filtering technologies (including labelling technologies);

(m) procedures directed towards the achievement of the objective of ensuring that, in the event that a participant in the Internet service provider section of the Internet industry becomes aware that an Internet content host is hosting prohibited content in Australia, the host is told about the prohibited content.

Other matters

(d) subject to subclause (8A), procedures to be followed by Internet service providers in dealing with Internet content notified under paragraph 40(1)(b) of this Schedule or clause 46 (for example, procedures to be followed by a particular class of Internet service providers for the filtering, by technical means, of such content).

(8A) If the Minister is satisfied that Internet content filtering is not viable in relation to access to Internet content using a particular device (for example, a mobile telephone handset), the Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that paragraphs (1)(j), (k) and (l) and (2)(d) do not apply in relation to access to Internet content using that device.

Schedule 7 - Online services

11. Eligible electronic publication

For the purposes of this Schedule, if:

(a) content consists of:

(i) an electronic edition of a book, magazine or newspaper; or

(ii) an audio recording of the text, or abridged text, of a book, magazine or newspaper; and

(b) a print edition of the book, magazine or newspaper is or was available to the public (whether by way of purchase or otherwise) in Australia; then:

Wikileaks has published a deleted BBC news article on the toxic-waste dumping of commodities giant Trafigura. According to a September 2009 UN report, the dumping drove 108,000 people in the Ivory Coast to seek medical attention.

Trafigura and their lawyers Carter Ruck had been pursuing an ongoing libel case against the BBC over a news story that aired in May 2009.

Until this week the story was still available on the BBC website. The link stopped working some time on December 10th or 11th.

It is the biggest toxic dumping scandal of the 21st century, the type of environmental vandalism that international treaties are supposed to prevent. Now Newsnight can reveal the truth about the waste that was illegally tipped on Ivory Coast's biggest city, Abidjan. A giant multinational is being sued in London's High Court by thousands of Africans who claim they were injured as a result.

The truth behind Ivory Coast toxic waste dump

Our investigation took us to Amsterdam where the waste could have been safely disposed of. Instead the company, Trafigura, went for the cheaper option and offloaded it in Abidjan.

Trafigura has always denied that the chemical waste was dangerous, but we have seen an analysis by the Dutch authorities which reveal it to be lethal.

We consulted a leading toxicologist, John Hoskins from the Royal Society of Chemistry. He said it would bring a major city to its knees.

The waste includes tons of phenols which can cause death by contact, tons of hydrogen sulphide, lethal if inhaled in high concentrations, and vast quantities of corrosive caustic soda and mercaptans which John Hoskins describes as "the most odorous compounds ever produced".

A terrible smell

It happened on 19 August 2006 in the dead of night. A convoy of trucks from a newly-formed company in Abidjan arrived to take the waste away. They illegally dumped the first loads at the huge tip in Aquedo.

A powerful stench soon engulfed the area. The tip's operators were called out and the drivers sent packing. They looked elsewhere to drop the waste, tipping it in at least 18 places across the city and beyond.

The Aquedo tip stretches as far as the eye can see. As scores of waste trucks tip their loads, an army of Abidjanis cluster around, children amongst them, brandishing long metal spikes. They pick through the rubbish, looking for anything that can be sold.

Deaths

We were soon surrounded by people, only too willing to talk about the night the toxic waste was dumped and the terrible smell that made them gag and sicken.

There were women who miscarried, and that was very painful. But still, the worst was that three people, two adults and a girl were killed by the toxic wastes. That was very hard Esaie Modto, head of Djibli village.

Just round the corner from the dump, we met Jean Francois Kouadio and his wife, Fidel.

She had been eight months pregnant with their first child when the fumes swamped their home. Fidel gave birth prematurely and the boy, Jean Claude, died within a day.

Their second child Ama Grace was born a year later. She too fell ill.

The doctors said that Ama Grace "was suffering from acute glycaemia caused by the toxic wastes".

They could do nothing for her and she died.

The medical reports state a "strong presumption" that the deaths of the two children were caused by exposure to the toxic waste and Jean Francois and Fidel now fear they will never become parents.

Polluted water

We also visited the village of Djibi, just outside Abidjan. The waste that was tipped here got into the water supply, killing the fish that fed the village.

The head of Djibi, Esaie Modto, told us that every last person here fell ill, two thousand people:
"There were women who miscarried, and that was very painful. But still, the worst was that three people, two adults and a girl were killed by the toxic wastes. That was very hard."
So what was it that brought such ruin on a country that in 2006 was still struggling to recover from a civil war?

The waste was generated as the result of an oil deal spanning three continents. Trafigura bought a consignment of cheap and dirty heavy oil with a high sulphur content. Instead of putting it through a refinery, Trafigura tried to clean it up, using a do-it-yourself method, so they could sell it on at a massive profit.

They used a ship called the Probo Koala which they stationed off Gibraltar as a rough and ready refinery. Caustic soda and a catalyst were added to the oil which reacted with the sulphur and settled to the bottom of the tank. Trafigura were then able to sell the oil, but left with a toxic sludge at the bottom of the tank.

"Smelly but not dangerous"

The Probo Koala went to Amsterdam where they attempted to unload this sulphurous tar as if it were normal ships' waste, which would have cost a few thousand euros.

However the fumes were so bad, the emergency services were called and the Dutch authorities carried out tests. They discovered the waste was highly toxic and told Trafigura that it would cost half a million euros to dispose of safely.

The Probo Koala instead pumped the waste back on board and left port, ending up in West Africa.

Marietta Harjono of Greenpeace Nederland says this has led to a prosecution by the Dutch authorities for "falsification of papers - they deliberately were silent on the toxic nature of the waste", as well as for illegal import of toxic waste and "illegal export of toxic waste from Europe to Cote d'Ivoire".

When Newsnight first investigated the toxic dumping scandal in 2007 one of Trafigura's founders Eric de Turckheim told Jeremy Paxman "these materials were not dangerous for human beings. It was smelly, but not dangerous."

Newsnight's new investigation shows this was far from the case. Trafigura continues to deny any wrongdoing.

A new paradigm

I’ve been quietly observing with great restraint and disdain, the “climategate” circus and indeed for a much longer period, the climate change v skeptic debate. I’m not entrenched in either position, but the whole thing disturbs and unsettles me, something is not right. Here are a few of my thoughts.

Climategate = bullshit. Climate change v skeptic is just the new left/ right paradigm. It is exactly what was insidiously planned to be by our caring ruling elite, and it coincides very nicely with people waking up to the last paradigm.

Another division successfully crafted, two more tribes created to fight another war.

Whether you believe or not that climate change can be influenced by human activity, this little planet is disgustingly polluted. There is almost no place left on Earth where inhabitants may still find clean air to breathe.

I’ve seen so called “climate change skeptics” making conjecture such as “CO2 is good for the environment, it makes the trees grow”. This would be a fine argument if it were not for the fact that humans are deforesting the planet so fast that the trees which might utilize our lovely emissions don’t actually exist. That is, not in sufficient numbers relative to volume of emissions.

Something to do with A) : high demands for timber products, B) : high demand for farming produce which requires farming land and oddly enough, that requires the landscape to be free of trees, C) : never ending urban sprawl which equally oddly can not progress with all those f*cking trees in the way.

One might also note that human produced emissions are not purely carbon dioxide; they also comprise carbon monoxide (a poison) and other carcinogens.

I would like to see those who have proposed heavy emissions are an asset; seal themselves within a small garage with an idling car engine, and report back on how they felt afterward.

Millions of people around the globe currently die annually from respiratory illness but hey, it’s good for the trees, if there were trees.

And if there were trees, the “truther’s” would be barking up the wrong one here, fighting to preserve their own oppression. There have never been any other consumer products in history, more successful in enslaving the human race quite like oil and coal have. Every aspect of modern day society is depended upon these resources, which reside in the control of a handful of people, people who see fit to manipulate their value in what amounts to nothing less than extortion.

There are a few decent arguments here and there from both sides of this contrived battle, but overwhelmingly I find individuals from either persuasion unwilling to educate themselves or simply think for themselves beyond popular sound bites. Yes CO2 is life giving but so is water, and a funny thing happens if you are submerged in water, you stop breathing.

It’s entirely appropriate to oppose “cap and trade/emissions trading schemes (ETS)”, but in doing so I have not seen anyone call it out for the smoke screen that it is.

The impression I get from the “truth movement” concerning the revelations of “climategate”, is that it’s the ultimate smoking gun and anyone now still bold enough to voice environmental concerns on any level should be lynched immediately, because they are now and forever more exposed as just deceptive tools for the New World Order agenda.

I would suggest that the true NWO shills are those entities whom have disseminated the meme that sets up environmentalists and scientists as the patsies for blame, while completely ignoring the realities of a fossil fuel driven world.

Neglecting to make any mention of a need for transition away from the westernized world’s unsustainable consumerism of pollution producing resources, only serves to encourage the continuation of business as usual, which is exactly what our ruling elite want. They came up with “plan B”, a new global tax on the poor, encase “plan A” (business as usual) came under threat.

But “plan b” was always designed to fail. Is it not predictable that if; governments tell their people the planet is becoming uninhabitable but we can fix that by taxing you into poverty, the people are going to say SCREW YOU?

Essentially that is what the carbon trading scheme is all about, making the rich richer and the poor poorer in lieu of the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer as set out in “plan A”.

Under the schemes, the world’s most prolific polluters (corporate industries) will be granted concessions/carbon credits/offsets and therefore the scheme/scam will do absolutely nothing to curtail global emissions; it in fact allows those big polluters to continue increasing emissions for profit.

The scientist who convinced the world that global warming was a looming danger says the planet will be better off if Copenhagen climate change summit ends in collapse.

Professor James Hansen says any agreement to emerge from the meeting will be so flawed that it would be better to start again from scratch.

Hansen argues that the process is so flawed because it relies on cap and trade emissions trading schemes. Instead of allowing polluters to buy the right to continue polluting, he prefers a tax on the price of carbon at the mine or the port.

"The whole idea that you have goals that you're supposed to try to meet and that you have outs with offsets means that it's an attempt to continue business as usual," he said.

Scientist quits over ETS 'censorship'- ABC News

A senior CSIRO environmental economist has resigned after saying his criticism of the emissions trading scheme (ETS) was censored.

Earlier this year he had been expecting his paper, The Brave New World of Carbon Trading, to be published internationally after it was peer reviewed for the British Journal New Political Economy.

His paper questions the effectiveness of carbon trading schemes in industrialised countries and argues that a direct carbon tax might be more effective. He was told that it breached guidelines preventing scientists from commenting on policy issues.

The article ends with one of the best examples of political hypocrisy one might encounter;

The opposition says the Government's election promise to end gags on scientists, which was called Operation Sunlight is leaving Australians in the dark.

That would be the opposition (former Government) whom put Australians into the dark but now scorn the current Government for leaving them there.

I can not argue against the scientists criticizing carbon trading schemes. However I find the idea that; any tax whatsoever would be useful in achieving emission reductions, a contentious one.

The inbred family of hicks who call themselves the “elites”, who have engineered modern day society to be totally depended upon the resources they control, resources that produce toxic pollution on mass scale, not content with the measure of enslavement they already command, now want us to make even more tribute, by paying another tax, this time for pollution which they will continue to disperse, all made possible only because they suppressed over the last century, every viable sustainable alternative energy resource ever investigated.

As for “climategate”, is it really that important that from a pile of stolen emails, a couple of lines were found that revealed certain scientists operating below the threshold of professional conduct? Has no one ever previously heard of scientists being purchased, put on the payroll for various interests? This is an established practice of long standing, granted though it is far more common place to find compromised scientists in the climate change skeptic's camp, shilling for oil corporations who have never made any secret of aggressive opposition to alternative energy sources.

If governments were not owned by and completely subservient to the inbred scum f*ck overlords that rule this planet, and were serious about addressing environmental issues, they might in the first instance, implement policies for significant reductions in the demand for energy.

Within the continent I call home, Australia, temperature extremities can be quite harsh during the summer months. Accordingly, dwellings of the past were always constructed with high roofs and ceilings and the buildings would be encompassed by something known as a veranda. These designs kept the inside rooms nice and cool during periods of uncomfortable heat.

Those simple fore mentioned features, are now lost in time and as a result, no one can live in their little box house without the aid of air conditioning blasting away all day and night throughout the summer.

It is no inadvertent mishap that urban planning over the last fifty years has consistently and progressively become more and more incompatible with the environment.

The government congratulates and credits itself for pretending to do something, like regulating that white goods makers affix five pretty star images to our refrigerators, supposedly indicating how much energy my fridge will guzzle, but concurrently the government in reality does nothing but aid and abet their masters in generating ever increasing demands for energy supplies.

Clothes lines have been replaced with electric clothes dryers, every house has an electric dishwasher, wide-screen TV’s consuming infinitely more power than their predecessors occupy every living room, all city and urban development is designed specifically around the needs of automobiles, and the best plan my government can come up with is to stick f*cking stars on my fridge.

The primary preoccupation of all western governments regarding domestic policy is always with driving consumerism, CONSUME, CONSUME, CONSUME! Now governments are saying ok, turns out all that consuming is bad for us, so we will have to tax you more, to present the illusion of action, but please don’t stop, CONSUME, CONSUME, CONSUME!

NY wants revenge

While US authorities vow a fair trial for the alleged plotters after years of abuse in military jails, when they arrive in New York they will find a city thirsting for revenge.

"Hang them," said Joe Ricciardi, 55, a construction worker near the gaping hole of Ground Zero, site of the Twin Towers destroyed on September 11, 2001.

"Look at what they did to this place. Look at the families they wrecked," added Mr Ricciardi's son, also called Joe, gesturing toward Ground Zero, where nearly 3,000 people died when hijacked planes struck the World Trade Centre.

"Put them in a bird cage and hang it in the middle of Times Square," a third man in the group said to mordant laughter.

Rudy Giuliani, the mayor who sought to calm a shocked New York in the wake of the attacks, lambasted the move to allow the accused a civilian court trial.

"We have regressed to a pre-9/11 mentality with respect to Islamic extremist terrorism," he said in a statement.

"Khalid Sheikh Mohammed should be tried like the war criminal he is and tried in a military court. He murdered as part of a declared war against us, America."

"He's asking for a trial in New York and we're giving it to him, since when were we in the business of granting the wishes of terrorists?"

Come of it Rudy, America has always been in the business of granting the wishes of terrorists, how do you suppose 9/11 was able to happen? Another point in case; you seem to do pretty well with your wish list Rudy.

The Obama administration has little choice really in bringing closure to the 9/11 lie with the trial of “the mastermind”, but to hold it in some legally recognized setting. Failure to do so might alert the sheeple to the fact that the trial is as contrived as the official 9/11 story itself.

In 2006 the US Supreme court ruled that the Bush regime’s military commissions were illegal because their rules and procedures contravened the US Constitution and international law.

A previous prosecution at Guantanamo Bay, that of Australian David Hicks was described by legal experts to be at best “shambolic”.

Hicks was captured during November 2001 in Afghanistan (later officially recorded as Dec.), by warlord militants (officially known as the Northern Alliance) and sold to US authorities for bounty, reportedly $1000.00. He shortly thereafter found himself on the wrong side of the fence at camp Gitmo.

In the early days of the US invasion, Northern Alliance mercenaries rounded up almost anyone they could overpower to sell for bounty, regardless of whether they were really Taliban and Al Qaeda or not, US authorities couldn’t exactly run a license check.

It was reported that some 2000 men perished in container trucks at the hands of a key US ally, warlord Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum. After being trucked across country for handing over to the Americans, they were found to have all perished, mostly from suffocation but in some instances from bullets that had been fired into the containers by Dostum’s gorillas for amusement. The bodies were hauled into nearby desert and buried in mass graves.

David Hicks while more fortunate than the above mentioned, languished in Gitmo for 3 years before authorities even attempted to manufacture a few charges against him, including that of attempted murder. However with the 2006 US Supreme court ruling, all charges were dropped.

Authorities then charged him retrospectively with “providing material support to a terrorist organisation”. Retrospective, because no such offence existed in 2001. The details of this charge included the allegation that Hicks conducted surveillance on the U.S. Embassy in Kabul. This would explain why the “official story” regarding his capture has been re dated to December when there are still pages available that reported this event as occurring in November. The Kabul Embassy closed in Jan 1989 and didn’t reopen again until Dec 17, 2001.

Hicks’s lawyers commenced an action in the Federal Court of Australia (Dec 2006 - Hicks v Ruddock), accusing the Australian Government of breaching their “protective duty” to Australian citizens overseas. The government of John Howard argued that it had no legal duty to protect Hicks from torture and abuse in Gitmo. The government described Hicks as “the worst of the worst” and Prime Minister Howard had revealed just a week prior to this case commencing, that he was aware that the US would release David if he (Howard) were only to request it. Howard boasted that no such request would be forthcoming.

In the elaborate hoax responsible for world wide carnage and destruction that is the “war on terror”, it is difficult to find a more putrid shill for that war (being aware of the hoax) than in former PM John Howard.

The Howard government repeatedly stated that Hicks had to face a US military commission, precisely because he committed no crime under Australian or indeed US law.

Finally after more than five years in Gitmo, Hicks was trialled which no jury took part and in which Hicks was not allowed to see the "evidence" U.S. prosecutors had gathered against him. He was given a suspended 7 year sentence under a pre trial guilty plea bargain which was commuted to 9 months, served in the maximum security Yatla prison of his home town in Adelaide Australia. He was told he faced life imprisonment if the plea was declined.

Under the conditions of the plea deal, Hicks was forced to agree that he had never been abused or tortured in custody (although he had previously complained of such), he was required to pledge not to file future lawsuits against his captors and a 1 year media gag was imposed to be effective from his release date. Even after his release, Dec 2007, he was subject to a control order which placed various restrictions upon his freedom until Dec 2008.

Former Pentagon chief prosecutor, Colonel Morris Davis later alleged political interference in the case, by the Bush administration in the U.S. and the Howard government in Australia, and said that Hicks should not have been prosecuted

Back to the “9/11 mastermind” and the co accused, a provoking article - Truth, Lies, and the Legend of 9/11 by Chaim Kupferberg, published 21st October 2003, at http://globalresearch.ca is well worth reading. It’s not for the attention span challenged (its quite long), but it offers some valuable insights. It was almost an afterthought. On March 1, 2003, the War on Terror had finally served up the alleged paymaster of 9/11 - a shadowy Saudi by the name of Mustafa Ahmed al-Hisawi. Yet his arrest just happened to coincide with the capture of a much bigger fish - the reported 9/11 mastermind himself, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed.

Only seventeen months before, a former London schoolboy by the name of Omar Saeed Sheikh was first exposed as the 9/11 paymaster.

Omar Saeed, as reported back then by CNN, was acting under the alias of Mustafa Ahmed. So where is Omar now? Sitting in a Pakistani prison, awaiting his execution for the kidnapping of Daniel Pearl - while another man fills the shoes of his pseudonym.

On October 1, the New York Times reported that hijacker Atta received money from someone using the alias "Mustafa Ahmad".

"While the Pakistani Inter Services Public Relations claimed that former ISI (Pakistani intelligence) director-general Lt-Gen Mahmud Ahmad sought retirement after being superseded on Monday, the truth is more shocking. Top sources confirmed here on Tuesday that the general lost his job because of the "evidence" India produced to show his links to one of the suicide bombers that wrecked the World Trade Center. The U.S. authorities sought his removal after confirming the fact that $100,000 was wired to hijacker Mohammed Atta from Pakistan by Omar Saeed at the insistence of General Mahmud Ahmad."

In short, the Times of India revealed that Omar Saeed was acting under the direct orders of the head of Pakistani intelligence and not Osama bin Laden.

Tracing the "smoking gun" money trail to General Ahmad created an entirely new smoking gun that led straight back to Washington, D.C. - for General Ahmad had already been reported as having breakfast in the nation's capital with Senator Bob Graham and Representative Porter Goss on the morning of September 11 (Both Graham and Goss would go on to co-chair the joint Senate-House 9/11 inquiry).

Around the same time that the joint Senate-House Inquiry was proceeding under the co-chairmanship of Bob Graham and Porter Goss, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed was formally introduced as the operative mastermind behind 9/11.

A June 2002 Associated Press article also accused Khalid of working with Ramzi Yousef in the first bombing of the World Trade Center [in '93]" in addition to working with Yousef on a 1995 plot (code-named Bojinka) to bomb a dozen airliners headed to the United States.

Conveniently timed for release on June 6, 2002 - further news followed that, according to National Security Agency intercepts, Khalid was heard talking on the telephone with hijacker Mohammed Atta. Moreover, for the very first time, authorities were now reporting that Khalid was actually the uncle of Ramzi Yousef. In other words, when the nephew failed to bring down the Towers in '93, the uncle took up the slack in '01.

Prior to Khalid's June 2002 public promotion, he was lurking on the official terror lists merely as an indicted conspirator in the 1995 Bojinka plot masterminded by Ramzi Yousef.

One can almost picture sitting in with the members of the National Security Council on a balmy Spring morning in late May 2002, leafing through their photo albums as they argued over the most appropriate candidate to close off the official 9/11 Legend. As it turned out, they chose the guy with the unibrow and the hair shirt.

If habitual coincidence is the mother of all conspiracy theories, then one must surely raise a discerning eyebrow at the revelation that, around this time - after more than a decade of staying hidden in the shadows - Khalid Shaikh Mohammed suddenly was stricken with an urge to conduct his very first interview, with none other than Ramzi Binalshibh at his side. The journalist chosen for this honor was the London bureau chief of Al-Jazeera, Yosri Fouda.

Only two days after the initial broadcast of Fouda's interview with Khalid and Binalshibh - on the first anniversary commemorating the 9/11 attacks - Pakistani forces, accompanied by FBI agents, raided an apartment complex in Karachi. After a "four hour" gun battle involving "hundreds" of Pakistani soldiers and policemen, the authorities captured, among a few others, Ramzi Binalshibh.

Their original target, however, had been Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, whom they had been tracking for months throughout Karachi. While Khalid had just barely slipped away only a few hours before Pakistani forces had arrived at his door, the authorities were reportedly "surprised" to discover that they had netted Binalshibh in the process. At least that is now the official version of the day's events.

As revealed by Syed Saleem Shahzad in an Asia Times Online article dated October 30, 2002, the shootout ended with the deaths of two Al Qaeda fighters, one of them identified as Khalid. Here was Shahzad's report of the events:

"The FBI, still keen to take [Khalid] Shaikh Mohammed alive, teargassed the area, and a number of people were captured. However, despite instructions to the contrary, a few Pakistani Rangers entered the flat, where they found [Khalid] Shaikh Mohammed and another man, allegedly with their hands up. The Rangers nevertheless opened fire on the pair.

Authorities eventually did confirm one crucial portion in Shahzad's account: Khalid's wife and two young sons - aged 9 and 7 - were apprehended in the raid, and immediately handed over (in the later, official version) to Pakistani custody. Stop the Vax Program

I recently signed a petition at the Australian Vaccination Network to stop the Swine Flu Vaccination Program. If you are a resident of Australia, please consider signing the petition.

After signing, AVN forwarded my protest to the office of a number of politicians including the federal Health Minister and the Treasurer. I received 12 automated “out of office replies” from various ministers. In addition, two office staffers were actually kind enough to hit their keyboards in response.

I appreciate the enormous effort and trouble Pauline went to in her reply but I couldn’t help but feel a bit patronized. I sent a reply correspondence as follows:

Dear Pauline

Thank you for your reply.

You assert “the Government has no plans for the swine flu vaccine to be mandatory.” It may surprise you then to learn that it already is mandatory for certain sections of the community.

Since July 2007, every state and territory in Australia has had policies implemented which require all medical staff and allied health students to be fully vaccinated. Students are required to be vaccinated before completing their practical work. Without these vaccines, ten different types including influenza, they are refused a placing in hospitals.

Compliance in these directives is mandatory and supposedly for the protection of patients, but half of those mandated vaccines contain live viruses which can be transmitted to people of contact for up to 90 days.

Panvax H1N1 vaccine also contains live virus portions (subunits). The subunits are produced by “disrupting” the live virus with detergent. It is more than possible that H1N1 vaccinations will inflame H1N1 infection rates among the non-vaccinated.

Panvax H1N1 vaccine was exempted by the government from requiring TGA registration before dispensing, mid September. Only about one week later however it was announced the TGA had approved it (Sept 18th). The time frame from the starting point of the first trials to the date of approval was approx just 7 weeks. That time frame is far from standard practise and very concerning.

If the government has no plans for mandatory vaccinations, why did they rush approval for Panvax H1N1 without due care in the form of the usual safeguards, and why have they (government) ordered 21 million doses of Panvax H1N1 from CSL?

In any event the government doesn’t actually have a say in whether or not vaccinations are ordered mandatory does it?

Pursuant to International Health Regulations (IHR) of 2007, the World Health Organization (WHO) of which Australia is a member has the authority to order forced vaccinations upon all 194 signatory countries to the WHO constitution, in the event of a declared pandemic. H1N1 was declared a pandemic in June.

Please pass this correspondence on to Ms Ellis as I would appreciate my concerns being addressed.

Prime Joker for little Britain Gordon Brown-nose, speaking at a G20 summit in Scotland this week, said a fund for future bank bailouts should be set up, possibly paid for by a tax on banking transactions.

Brown-nose said that the cost from the failure of banks, should never again be borne by taxpayers. Is he taking the piss? What bank has ever incurred additional operating expenses without passing them directly on to its customers in the form of more fees and charges?

He also said of the banks; “This is a unique sector that, when it fails, imposes such a high cost to the wider economy and damage to society that government intervention becomes essential. So the taxpayer had no real choice but to step in to keep the system afloat.”

No real choice? Spoken like a true joker totally at the service of bankers. Here’s a choice, an idea, let the f*ckers fail and outlaw central banks/federal reserves. With the trillions of dollars tax payers have been robbed of for bailouts of criminal bankers, who claimed to have “failed” because they robbed the system of trillions that didn’t really exist, couldn’t those trillion dollar bailouts instead fund a new banking system? One that doesn’t have a central bank actually affixing immediate debt to every dollar printed, a banking system that operates ethically to maintain currency purchasing power?

Jokers, who claim we have no choice, speak a great lie. A lie so big and repeated so often, the sheeple believe it. Wealth is never lost, it merely gets transferred. In the wreckage of the “global financial crisis”, the rich have become richer and the poor, poorer.

The office of Emergency Response in the district of Desniansko, Kiev, are tonight (30th Oct.) strongly refuting reports that light aircraft were spraying a substance over the city intended to counter a "swine flu pandemic" in Ukraine.

As I don’t read Russian very well, I had google translate an updated article – The epidemic of panic, Nov 2nd 2009. The googlator produced a bizarre but very humorous read, here are some extracts, reprinted for comedy purposes only:

Although Health Minister Vasyl Knyazevich announced the arrival of "Swine" influenza H1N1, most of the dead were victims of the regular flu and its complications. For any influenza epidemic - is inevitable.

But in this case, the authorities have not explained this time the public and journalists gladly picked up the new "hot" topic. As a result, Ukrainian news feeds are similar to reports from the front: every morning you can see how many people were newly infected, how many - were hospitalized, how many - died.

In popular memory have floated to the stage of American blockbusters: a certain area covered by the epidemic (captured by zombies), People are torn away from there, impassive GI were not released, but the president reluctantly orders the massive assault on the source of infection.

Until the government and the president started to understand that there is going something wrong. President Viktor Yushchenko has asked for help from foreign countries, but also ordered the Defense Ministry has prepared a mobile hospitals to assist patients.

Defense saluted, and at the same time abolished the autumn appeal. Those soldiers who have served, put on a garlic-onion diet.

Residents of the western regions of Ukraine has gradually embrace panic. People stopped to remove the mask, even in offices. In Ternopil rumors that all exits from the city are blocked off and it is almost impossible.

Nerves began to take everyone. In Kiev spread the story of the first "victim" of influenza in the capital. Allegedly one man sneezed in a minibus. When asked where he decided to make a joke: "From Ternopil!" As a result, was hospitalized with a brain injury.

Politicians, meanwhile, continued to fuel the fire. Yushchenko has called the epidemic "threat to national security" and Tymoshenko declared the disease "extremely dangerous". Both, of course, added that there should be no panic, but how to keep calm when you have the windows raging "extremely dangerous threat to national security," president and prime minister did not tell.

Ukrainian Orthodox Church Moscow Patriarchate also went on the warpath with the flu. In all the churches of the country was "prayer during the singing of the devastating epidemic and smertonosnyya infection. The outcome is not reported.

The epidemic is gradually being transformed into something ordinary. People reacted accordingly: the panic gradually began to give way to a simple caution, and the people of Ukraine have to chuckle over his recent fright.

Aberfoyle Park High School in Adelaide’s southern suburbs has made a $500,000.00 deal with the devil (literally), the Raytheon Corporation, the ABC reports Sat Oct 31, 2009.

The name Raytheon reportedly means “light of/from the gods” as in Lucifer the light bringer, the illuminated one, the Son. This death merchant (Raytheon) is the world’s largest manufacturer of guided missiles. Their missile product catalogue includes the infamous patriot missile, the tomahawk, TOW (anti armour), Maverick, Javelin, Sidewinder, Sea Sparrow and HARM (high speed anti-radiation missile) which killed 62 civilians in a Baghdad market in 2003. The HARM warhead is designed to explode into thousands of aluminium fragments.

The deal made by Aberfoyle Park High School will see Raytheon “co-develop” curriculum. It’s a sweet deal for Raytheon, indoctrinating Adelaide’s brightest young minds to the military industrial complex’s agenda, and all for a mere half a million dollars. The sum would be huge money to the school but to Raytheon, its less than the minimum one tomahawk missile sells for, depending on optional extras, the asking price for a single tomahawk is from $600,000.00 to $1million.

Aberfoyle Park High School is the official Department of Education and Children Services (DECS) School for gifted students in the southern metropolitan area of Adelaide. DECS operates a program known as “Ignite”, in which final year primary school children are tested all over the state, the top ranking resulted students are invited to attend one of three schools where extra resources are at disposal and curriculum is accelerated.

Armed UAVs, e.g. – the “reaper” and “predator” also known as “drones” currently fly about Pakistan happily exterminating innocent women and children in the name of the “war on terror”.

Australia’s most important contribution to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan is the Pine Gap facility, providing satellite intelligence information used in targeting for much of the bombing. Raytheon is the largest civilian employer at Pine Gap, being the sole contractor for the daily maintenance, much of the equipment used at Pine Gap is also made by Raytheon.

Raytheon is responsible for many military communications systems and had intimate participation with the ECHELON system, a worldwide signals intelligence collection and analysis network. ECHELON is operated by five signatory states to the UK-USA Security Agreement (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the US).

Military saying no to Afghanistan

There is an emerging uprising underway apposing the war in Afghanistan and the peace activists are not as one might expect, students and hippies, but rather the very service people deployed for this fight.

Two recent commendable examples include; the resignation of Matthew P. Hoh from his post as Senior Civilian Representative in Zabul Province, and the Veterans For Peace Group calls for action.

Dear Ambassador Powell,

It is with great regret and disappointment I submit my resignation from my Appointment as a Political Officer in the Foreign Service and my post as the senior
Civilian Representative for the U.S. Government in Zabul Province.

I have lost understanding of and confidence in the strategic purposes of the United States' presence in Afghanistan. I have doubts and reservations about our current strategy and planned future strategy, but my resignation is based not upon how we are pursuing this war, but why and to what end. To put simply: I fail to see the value or the worth in continued U.S. casualties or expenditures of resources in support of the Afghan government in what is, truly, a 35-year old civil war.

If the history of Afghanistan is one great stage play, the United States is no more than a supporting actor, among several previously, in a tragedy that not only pits tribes, valleys, clans, villages and families against one another, but, from at least the end of King Zahir Shah's reign, has violently and savagely pitted the urban, secular, educated and modern of Afghanistan against the rural, religious, illiterate and traditional. It is this latter group that composes and supports the Pashtun insurgency.

The Pashtun insurgency, which is composed of multiple, seemingly infinite, local groups, is fed by what is perceived by the Pashtun people as a continued and sustained assault, going back centuries, on Pashtun land, culture, traditions and religion by internal and external enemies.

In both RC East and South, I have observed that the bulk of the insurgency fights not for the white banner of the Taliban, but rather against the presence of foreign soldiers and taxes imposed by an unrepresentative government in Kabul.

The United States military presence in Afghanistan greatly contributes to the legitimacy and strategic message of the Pashtun insurgency. In a like manner our backing of the Afghan government in its current form continues to distance the government from the people. The Afghan government's failings, particularly when weighed against the sacrifice of American lives and dollars, appear legion and metastatic:

Glaring corruption and unabashed graft;
A President whose confidants and chief advisers comprise drug lords and war crimes villains, who mock our own rule of law and counter narcotics efforts;
A system of provincial and district leaders constituted of local power brokers, opportunists and strongmen allied to the United States solely for, and limited by, the value of our US AID and CERP contracts and whose own political and economic interests stand nothing to gain from any positive or genuine attempts at reconciliation; and
The recent election process dominated by fraud and discredited by low voter turnout, which has created an enormous victory for our enemy who now claims a popular boycott and will call into question worldwide our government's military, economic and diplomatic support for an invalid and illegitimate Afghan government.
I find specious the reasons we ask for bloodshed and sacrifice from our young men and women in Afghanistan. If honest, our stated strategy of securing Afghanistan to prevent al-Qaeda resurgence or regrouping would require us to additionally invade and occupy western Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, etc. Our presence in Afghanistan has only increased destabilization and insurgency in Pakistan where we rightly fear a toppled or weakened Pakistani government may lose control of its nuclear weapons.

Our forces, devoted and faithful have been committed to conflict in an indefinite and unplanned manner that has become a cavalier, politically expedient and Pollyannaish misadventure.

Similarly, the United States has a dedicated and talented cadre of civilians, both U.S. government employees and contractors, who have been ineffectually trained and led with guidance and intent shaped more by the political climate in Washington, D.C. than in Afghan cities, villages, mountains and valleys.

"We are spending ourselves into oblivion"

Thousands of our men and women have returned home with physical and mental wounds, some that will never heal or will only worsen with time. The dead return only in bodily form to be received by families who must be reassured their dead have sacrificed for a purpose worthy of futures lost, love vanished, and promised dreams unkept. I have lost confidence such assurances can anymore be made. As such, I submit my resignation.

Nothing could be more clear or true today than the need for us to do everything we humanly can to stop the killing. Not just stop the escalation – stop the killing. Bring all the troops home. Take care of them when they get here. Pay to rebuild what we have destroyed.

It is important for us to rededicate ourselves to the resolution we adopted at our 2008 convention: Afghanistan is not “the right war.” We must leave as soon as possible.

This is important to repeat because this administration and some in Congress would have us believe that we cannot withdraw immediately from Afghanistan, we must provide some stability and protection from the likes of the Taliban.

So we state without doubt: our occupation of Afghanistan is driving the violent opposition to it. More U.S. troops and more occupation will mean more anger and yet more violent reaction from those whose lands we occupy.

But we are not in Afghanistan to give them democracy, even if that were possible. Neither is our purpose to build up that country’s smaller, more democratic institutions that serve the population. We occupy Afghanistan because America the Empire demands control of its resources and to have a strategic locations from which to project military power.

And no one – NO one, but us is going to stop the killing; neither the President nor the Congress. We can beseech them, ask them, demand from them that they stop the killing and bring all the troops home. But until we exert the power of massive resistance to the Empire that only we can exert, it will keep rolling over Afghanis, Iraqis, Pakistanis and whoever else that is in its way.

If we do not take every step we can we know what will happen. Combat brigades will stay in Iraq, drone attacks, Special Forces and the CIA will continue to kill and maim in Pakistan, and 40, 60, 80,000 more troops will be sent to Afghanistan where the suffering and death will increase dramatically – for years to come.

I was reading an article recently by A. True Ott - The Sound of Silence: The Antithesis of Freedom @ educate-yourself.org I was mildly surprised when in the editor’s forward, he writes:

The second service that this author performs is to "out" two of our more deceptive alleged CIA/Pentagon 'assets' masquerading under the rubric of natural health advocates. Their names are Rima Laibow and her husband, former Major General Albert Stubblebine.

I say mildly surprised because nothing really surprises me anymore, but this was info that I had not seen before.

A. True Ott in his article elaborates with detail on the shadowy background of Major Bert and his wife. There are plenty of comments added to this post and a subsequent follow up - Actionable Disinformation, which lend support to Laibow and Stubblebine having questionable motives. There are also numerous other websites and blogs that make critical examination of their characters, e.g. - THE NATIONAL HEALTH FEDERATION.com, and mind control forums.com

I have personally produced the odd blog post on the topic of vaccines and the “swine flu”. On several occasions, I have made reference to, and linked to the website and publications of Rima E. Laibow, MD. I will not be retracting those references, based on my investigations, I feel what I have quoted from this source is information of value. At the same time, I can not find fault with some of the above character investigations.

So how do I reconcile this position of contradiction? The answer lies within the nature of the info war. The strategies and tactics deployed in this war of dissemination, by those that control the game, are varied and complex.

Disinformation is a predominant weapon of choice. Of course not any old disinformation will do, if it is too silly people just ignore it. Therefore in most cases, disinformation is sophisticated enough as to be largely believable, achieved in most part by in fact reporting the actual truth in a good percentage of the manufactured composition. But then the curved ball is pitched, a small percentage of absurdity or verifiable falsities added and/or vital info omitted.

If no one detects the bullsh*t, all well and good, the agenda of the shill is forwarded by the converted. If it is detected, all well and good because now the information is discredited, all those secret truths revealed can never again be entertained without ridicule. A win win for the puppet masters you may say.

The deception keeps on multiplying from here, disinformation about disinformation disseminates.

Another outing Dr A. True Ott is recently famous for is that of Jane Burgermeister. You may have heard of her and/or her birdflu666 website which has since been updated with a newer site.

The dynamic duo of Dr. Deagle and Dr. Ott have been quite scathing in their attacks on Jane and vice versa. Again Burgermeister is someone that I have found to have spilled important info, but simultaneously I also find some of Dr Ott’s allegations to hold true. One such charge is that she has plagiarised the work of Ott and the team at Nutrimedical.

I could believe this, I read on Jane’s website in a collum discussing thimerosal, mention to Prescott Bush being part of the board of directors at the Eli Lilly Company. This is also something Dr. Ott states in his DVD - The Bird Flu Hoax, as seen here in part 1.

Apart from these two sources, I can find no reference anywhere to this claim. Prescott’s son G.H.W. Bush was an Eli Lilly board director along with many other notable shady characters but as near as I can ascertain, Prescott was not.

There are plenty of detractors for Dr Deagle and Dr Ott also. Let’s look at these two examples.

So now we’re digesting disinformation exposing disinformation agents who exposed disinformation agents.

Again some off the content Dr. Ott has to offer is information of interest but I become sceptical of his character with a visit to the website Mother Earth Minerals Inc. This expensive mineral supplement business appears to be an enterprise of Dr. Ott, the only content at the home page, apart from menus etc, is a sales pitch from Dr. Ott.

A. Ott thanks the Merck pharmaceutical Corporation for their contribution of mineral definitions, odd that he also lobbies against their interests in vaccines no? Something else slightly weird here, check the listed specials, they include “the Horrors of Vaccination” a work published in 1920 (a very good read), but a publication that copyright expired on long ago and is freely available in the public domain. However you can pay Dr. Ott USD $9.95 for this book, if you prefer that to reading it for free.

There are many points of contention that I have found with many content authors of the “truth movement”. I won’t name them all; I’ll let you the reader practice deciphering info, which is what a site like this is for, to ignite some brain activity. Ultimately our puppet masters don’t let us see anything they do not want us to. Sometimes the disclosure is for conditioning us in accepting their sick fantasies, often as previously outlined; it is to throw us off the scent, tell us the truth and have it discredited beyond all reproach.

Reddit, I had to create an account to post about what just happened on my campus. I go to the University of Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh... G20, you know. President Obama's dinner for the delegates happened just off campus, within eyesight of us -- usually. When people grouped up by the street that would lead to the Phipps Conservatory, they were met with armored police.

For a while the students and locals just stood and talked while the police line faced us. Some people sang and had signs. Others just watched. Slowly, the line of locals began to advance. A police officer with a megaphone stepped out several times and told us to leave the area, but as we weren't doing anything wrong, most people didn't leave.

That's when they shot a canister of gas at us. Reddit, sprinting away from armored police who looked like Storm Troopers from Star Wars, hearing that hissing sound while one of my favorite spots on campus filled with smoke... it was terrifying.

When the smoke cleared the crowd was still there.

This standoff lasted several hours. Around 10:30, the atmosphere had changed. The police had advanced far up the road toward students, who were kept back to a grassy area called Schenley Plaza. Students were singing and dancing. It was very peaceful. Someone said something to a cop.

Suddenly the guy was grabbed and thrown on the ground. The crowd AT ONCE surrounded the cops and started chanting LET HIM GO! LET HIM GO! LET HIM GO!

There was a dumpster lit on fire further up the road, so I went up there to see what I could see, and suddenly there were tons of people sprinting down the sidewalk away from the fire. SWAT vans and six or seven major police cars pulled up to Schenley Plaza.

Reddit, the next two hours were complete chaos. My campus was invaded by armored police officers. They threw actual tear gas into crowds of students. They SHOT students with rubber bullets. They beat slower-moving students with a baton. I saw a group of cyclists being herded down the sidewalk. A cop reached out and pushed a woman on a bike. She turned around and pushed her bike at the cop. Next thing we knew, he grabbed her by the face and slammed her down on the concrete.

They slowly advanced us back down Forbes Avenue, toward the major freshman dorms. Several protesters broke storefront windows. I'd guess 20 protesting, about 1,000 students watching (if that.) The police fired Sound Cannons at us, a new weapon never before used on US citizens, which plays a sonic pulse that gives major headaches. They fired more tear gas at the students.

Then riot squads came running up behind us and forced us into the Litchfield Towers Lobby. People who did not make it into the lobby before the riot squads got to the doors were grabbed, thrown to the ground, beaten, and arrested.

Here is the part where I felt most violated -- The riot cops then ENTERED our dormitory and shouted that students needed to return to their rooms immediately. Anyone arrested, they said, would be expelled from the University of Pittsburgh, no questions asked.

Reddit, is that legal? Would police be able to force someone on the sidewalk back in their home and make them barricade themselves in their basement?

Here's another part that got me -- I saw students try to get in the doors closest to their dorm building (there are 3 towers), and the door was LOCKED. These students did not have time to run around the building. And they were grabbed.

We don't know what to do. We're shocked. BECAUSE THE DEPUTY POLICE CHIEF RELEASED A STATEMENT CLAIMING THEY WERE SECURING THE AREA FROM ANARCHISTS AND THAT "SOME" STUDENTS "PROBABLY GOT CAUGHT UP" IN WHAT HAPPENED.

So, in the news, you'll hear that police secured the campus from anarchists. Not that students were attacked by security forces supposedly there to protect them. PLEASE, help me get the word out.

The Food and Drug Administration approved the new swine flu vaccine Tuesday, a long-anticipated step as the government works to get vaccinations under way next month.

Studies in children and pregnant women are continuing. The vaccine approved Tuesday is made by CSL of Australia; Switzerland's Novartis; Sanofi-Pasteur of France; and Maryland-based Medimmune, which makes the only nasal-spray flu vaccine.

FDA approved “the vaccine”? Four different vaccine manufacturers are listed and they all make a completely different product, each as different as chalk and cheese, yet they are all reported as “the new swine flu vaccine”

For example the CSL product, we are led to believe has no adjuvants, see Panvax post for details. A report on trials that started also on 15 Sep 2009 in Colorado using Novartis vaccine, detail they do use the adjuvant SQUALENE, it's named in the consent forms for participants, see – Vactruth

It is interesting that the FDA approved the CSL product (Panvax) while the equivalent Australian (TGA) was not so quick to do so, the Australian Government took unusual action to exempt Panvax from regulations requiring approval and registration before it is dispensed.

Many more big pharma companies are all busily concocting their own H1N1 so called vaccinations. Baxter International Inc. filled a patent for a swine flu vaccine in August 2008. To make a vaccine, researchers must first make a recombinant virus. Baxter, some time prior to Aug 2008, produced a H1N1 strain in the kidney cells of African Green Monkeys.

Even after the most stringent filtering and purification procedures, a small portion of this monkey DNA and cell protein remains in the end product vaccine. According to Dr. M Hilleman, the AIDS virus was unleashed upon humans when the Merck pharmaceutical company used African Green Monkey kidneys to make hepatitis B vaccines; the kidney cells contained AIDS which remained present in the finished vaccine product in initial tests.

An interview with Dr. Maurice Hilleman (Merck pharmaceutical company vaccine division chief) by Dr Edward Shorter (medical historian) reveals this abominable truth and another equally disturbing admission that a cancer virus was loose in the 1950’s polio vaccines.

ES: Tell me how you found SV40 in the polio vaccine

MH: I came to Merck and I was going to develop vaccines. We had wild viruses in those days, wild monkey kidney viruses and so forth. I finally after 6 months gave up, I said you can not develop vaccines with these dam monkeys, if I can’t do something about them I quit. So I went to see Bill Mann at Washington DC zoo and I told him, look I got a problem. These lousy monkeys are picking it up (viruses) while being stored at airports in transit. He said it is very simple, get your monkeys out of West Africa, get the African green, bring them into Madrid, unload them there, there are no other traffic through there for animals, fly them into Philadelphia and pick them up. So I brought African greens in. I didn’t know we were importing AIDS virus at the time.

ES: What Merck won’t do to develop a vaccine?

MH: This was the solution because those monkeys didn’t have the wild viruses.

ES: Why didn’t the greens have the wild viruses?

MH: Because they weren’t being infected in these group holding things with all the other 40 different viruses.

ES: But they had the ones they brought from the jungle though?

MH: Yeah they had those but there were relatively few. If you have a gang housing you are going to have an epidemic transmition of infection in a confined space. So anyway the greens came in and we were taking our seed stocks and now I’m discovering new viruses.

I got an invitation from the Sister Kenny Foundation (researched using live viruses), they asked me to come down and give a talk. I though what will I talk about? I know, I’ll talk about the detection of non detectable viruses. So now I got to have something you know that’s going to attract attention, so I thought gee, that dam SV40, I mean that dam vacuolating agent we have, I’m going to pick that particular one. That virus has got to be in the vaccines and it’s got to be in Sabin’s vaccine, so I quickly tested it and sure enough, it was in there.

ES: So you just took stocks of Sabin vaccine of the shelf here at Merck?

MH: No, it was made at Merck.

ES: You were making it for Sabin?

MH: Yeah, it was made before I came.

ES: But at this point Sabin is still doing these massive field trials?

MH: Yes, in Russia and so forth. So I got down and talked about the detection of non detectable viruses. I told Albert (Sabin), look Albert I’m going to talk about a virus that is in your vaccine. You’re going to get rid of it, don’t worry about it.

ES: What did he say?

MH: He said basically that this is just another obfuscation that is going to upset vaccines. I said you are right but we have a new era here of detection and the important thing is to get rid of these viruses.

ES: Why would he call it an obfuscation if it was a virus contaminating the vaccine?

MH: Well because there were 40 different viruses in these vaccines anyway that we were inactivating.

ES: But you weren’t inactivating his though?

MH: No, that’s correct. Yellow fever vaccine had leukemia virus in it; this is in the days of very crude science. So I talked to him about it (Sabin), he said why are you concerned about it? I said well I have a feeling in my bones that this virus is different. I don’t know why, I feel this virus may have some long term effects. He said what? I said cancer. I said Albert you are going to think I’m nuts but I just have that feeling.

In the mean time we had taken this virus and put it into hamsters. So we had this meeting and that was sought of the topic of the day, the jokes that were going around were that “We would win the Olympics because the Russians would all be loaded down with tumours”. This was where the vaccine was made and tested.

But anyway, we know it was in our seed stocks for vaccines. That virus, 1 in 10,000 particles is not inactivated by formaldehyde, it was good science at the time because that was what you did, and you didn’t worry about those wild viruses.

ES: So you discovered it (SV40 cancer virus) wasn’t being inactivated in the Salk (Jonas Salk polio vaccine)?

MH: Right, so then the next thing you know is 3 or 4 weeks after that, we found that there were tumours popping out of these hamsters.

I have reviewed the records and files cited herein and attest to the following facts that evidence of fraud, official malfeasance, organized crime, and the administration of genocide operating under the guise of “public health” within a trust organization established by David Rockefeller called “Partnership for New York City” involving the US Federal Government, and New York State Government, pertaining to the 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu “outbreak,” “pandemic,” and advancing vaccination campaign.

It is a well-established fact that “outbreaks” have been caused by laboratory “accidents.” For instance, the 1977 Influenza A outbreak of human “swine flu” H1N1 that went extinct for twenty years between 1957 and 1977 suddenly re-emerged immediately following:
The suspicious unexplained 1976 military outbreak at Fort Dix, New Jersey of this strain that was most likely a covert military experiment; and
The subsequent swine flu deadly vaccination program that followed the Fort Dix outbreak.
The 1977 re-emergence of this Influenza A H1N1 strain in the former Soviet Union is best explained by the National Cancer Institute’s 1978 publication titled: Special Virus Cancer Program. This report revealed a June 15, 1976 contract with the American Type Culture Collection, to supply “virus materials . . . to investigators throughout the world” via a “US-USSR Agreement”

Virus materials cited in this document included numerous infectious agents including influenza, parainfluenza and even laboratory recombinations of influenza with acute lymphocytic leukaemia viruses that might spread quick acting lymphatic cancers by sneezing.

The April, 2009 “outbreak” of the H1N1 “swine flu” is, like the 1976 Fort Dix and 1977 general “outbreaks,” highly suspicious according to genetic analysts and leading virologists. The rapid mutation rates of the novel agent circulating and feared as the 2009 “swine flu” strongly suggests a laboratory source, either intentionally or accidentally released.

To make it more difficult for the public to comprehend what is ongoing in flu labs, World Health Organization (WHO) officials developed new terminology to describe viruses used in vaccinations, gene therapies, and advancing biotechnologies. The new terms “reference materials,” “biosimilars,” “data packages,” and “mock-up files,” each designate viruses and/or viral materials including gene sequences that cause disease and immune system reactions.

It is certain that when the Mexican Swine Flu 2009 “outbreak” occurred in mid April, 2009, first in the United States in two unrelated children living approximately 100 miles apart in southern California, then soon after in Mexico among people who had not been exposed to these two children, that foul play is a most reasonable explanation, especially since this unique virus held genes from avian, swine, Spanish, and regular flu strains—unprecedented in the history of “natural selection”

Accountable US Federal officials overseeing America’s “biopreparedness” response against this mutant H1N1 flu, including vaccinations and predicted quarantines, offer no definitive explanation for the initial outbreak of this laboratory sourced recombinant; nor does the mainstream media. So called “experts” accept and regurgitate the lame explanation of “somehow” and “somewhere” bird, pig, and 1918 Spanish flu viruses mated curiously synchronously with the first availability of biotechnology to produce vaccines alleged to be safe and effective against this precise new H1N1 and H5N1 genetic recombinant.

Thomas H. Glocer is the Chief Executive Officer of the Thomson Reuters Corporation (TRC) and Director of the TRC that partnered in David Rockefeller’s biotechnology trust called “Partnership for New York City,” (PNYC). Thomas H. Glocer is also a Merck [pharmaceutical company] Director since 2007.

Two additional “partners” are the New York State Government, and the US Federal Government, likewise advancing vaccine research in partnership with private companies in this PNYC. Both governments then purchase vaccines from other partners in the PNYC.

Rupert Murdoch is Co-Chairman with Honorary Co-Chairman David Rockefeller in the PNYC.

Rupert Murdoch’s mother, Elisabeth Murdock is Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire, a Companion of the Order of Australia (AC), which is an order established by Elizabeth II, Queen of Australia. Elisabeth Murdock administers the Royal Woman’s Hospital in Victoria, Australia, a vaccine research center and heavy promoter of the swine flu vaccines and drugs for pregnant women.

Jerry I Speyer, owner of the Rockefeller Center, is chair emeritus of the PNYC and on their board of directors. He is Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Speyer, Chairman of the Museum of Modern Art, former Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; chairman emeritus of Columbia University; chairman emeritus of the Real Estate Board of New York; and a member of the David Rockefeller-directed Council on Foreign Relations.

Nelson Rockefeller’s protégé, Dr. Henry Kissinger, is a highly influential member of The Council on Foreign Relations, composed of the most influential business leaders in America, and his Kissinger Associates, Inc. is Merck and Company, Inc.’s leading management consulting firm.

Merck and Company, Inc. is the world’s largest vaccine maker. The company not only profits from flu frights and pandemics by sales of Pneumovax, but also is credited for having spread the AIDS virus, HIV, through contaminated hepatitis B vaccines.

Further evidencing an Anglo-American conspiracy to commit genocide using vaccines, a CSL Biotherapies report explains:

“The first step in making the influenza vaccine is preparing a ‘seed’ virus. This is a safe form of the influenza virus, which can be grown in hens’ eggs to produce the vaccine. Preparation of the seed takes around 3-4 weeks following receipt of a potential candidate virus from international health bodies such as the World Health Organization (WHO) or the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).”

CSL’s primary H1N1 swine flu vaccine testing site is closely linked to Rupert Murdock. Murdock funds the Murdock Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) of Victoria, Australia. His daughter-in-law, Sarah Murdock, is an Ambassador for the MCRI and a member of its development board. Murdock’s mother’s, Royal Woman’s Hospital is testing the H1N1 vaccines, at the time of this writing, on children and pregnant women.

The Associate Director of Clinical Development for vaccines at CSL is Dr. Michael Greenberg. CSL is conducting H1N1 vaccine studies on babies at the Murdock Children’s Research Institute, according to the MCRI website. Dr. Greenberg joined GlaxoSmithKline in 2005 and CSL in 2009.

The MCRI is the largest child health research and vaccine testing institute in Australia. It researches childhood diseases, including many that are vaccine-induced autoimmune diseases associated with antigenic complex formation from geneto-protein recombinations and blood intoxications.

In September 2009, babies and children were being recruited by the MCRI, for “a pandemic H1N1 swine flu vaccine trial” in Melbourne wherein “about 100 Victorian children aged between 6 months to eight years” were selected for study in collaboration with the University of Melbourne and Federal Government of Australia.

White House Environmental Advisor for Barack Obama, Van Jones, resigned for signing a petition in 2004 asking for an investigation of high level Bush administration officials implicated by foreknowledge in the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center “terrorist” attacks.

This infamous New York site is now home to the PNYC—the world’s most powerful biotechnology trust established by David Rockefeller in 1979 with co-partner and co-chairman Ruppert Murdock.

In the United States, the NIH, PHS, and the American Academy of Pediatricians (AAP) have incestuous relationships with “BigPharma” and its ring of organized PNYC criminals.

The reach and impact of the defendants’ trust, the PNYC, obviously taints geopolitics, economics, and vaccine science globally. For example, according to recent Biomedical Research Alliance promotions, and PNYC promotions, Kathryn S. Wylde, the President and CEO of the PNYC since 1982, was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2009. She describes Asian financial influence on the PNYC thusly:
“The announcement of the China Center is a step toward economic recovery for New York. The Vantone Group's commitment to helping New York become the western headquarters location for the increasing number of global businesses coming out of China is extremely important to our city’s future as a global capital of business and finance.”
The “China Center” lease is being administered by Silverstein Properties, Inc. a “partner company” in the PNYC.

Vantone Group director Feng Lun, according to Mr. Silverstein’s press announcement, is “a pioneer of China's booming real estate market, so influential that some of the biggest names in American real estate, like Jerry Speyer, Mortimer Zuckerman and Sam Zell, have expressed an interest in forming a partnership with him.”

The Mortimer B. Zuckerman Research Center (MBZRC) is the namesake created by the chairman and co-founder of the publicly traded Boston Properties, also a partner company in PNYC. Zuckerman is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations largely directed by honorary PNYC chairman, David Rockefeller.

Mr. Zuckerman, a candidate for US Ambassador to Israel, is also a leading financier of the American Lyme Disease Foundation that heavily promoted Smith Kline Company’s disastrous Lymerix vaccine. This vaccine was pulled from the market following hundreds-of-thousands of reported cases of recipients suffering post-vaccination symptoms of Lyme disease.

Another major promoter and Federal Government endorser of SmithKlein’s toxic and terminated Lyme disease vaccine is the US Federal Government’s, National Institute of Health, National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director, Anthony S. Fauci, upon whom Mr. Zuckerman bestowed an “America’s Best Leaders” award on November 24, 2008.

At this same meeting Mr. Zuckerman provided the same award to David Baltimore, the senior pioneer of retroviral research associated with HIV/AIDS-like immunodeficiency bioengineering during the Special Virus Cancer Program (SVCP).

The SVCP is undoubtedly linked to the origin of HIV/AIDS as evidenced by its documentation revealing HIV co-discoverer, Dr. Robert Gallo, and his employment with the National Cancer Institute overseeing Litton Bionetics’s contract “Investigation of Viral Carcinogenesis in Primates,” as “Project Officer.” This document relates to the Merck company SVCP contract “Oncogenic Virus Research and Vaccine Development,” directed by Dr. Maurice Hilleman.

Before his death, Dr. Hilleman, Merck’s vaccine division chief, stated that he brought the AIDS virus into North America in contaminated monkeys destined for vaccine research at Merck.

Litton Bionetics also exclusively administered the NCI’s facilities at Fort Detrick, Maryland at the time Litton supplied chimpanzees were used by the CDC, FDA, NIAID, and the Merck drug company to produce four subtypes of hepatitis B virus vaccines for testing on at least three known populations: 1. homosexual men in New York City, 2. African villagers in Zaire/Congo/Uganda, and 3. Willowbrook State School for mentally retarded children on Staten Island in New York. The latter studies were conducted under U.S Army contract with the New York University Medical Center’s Dr. Saul Krugman.

Thus, the leading HIV/AIDS institute in the US, the NIAID, directed by the leading American infectious disease official, HIV/AIDS czar, and leading swine flu vaccination proponent, Dr. Anthony Fauci, has grossly and criminally neglected compelling documents and solid science that indicts Merck, the FDA, CDC, and his own NIAID. The suppressed and neglected evidence proves the origin of the world’s deadliest plague, AIDS, was triggered by hepatitis B vaccinations advanced by this alliance between these defendants’ public and private enterprises.

Related to current swine flu propaganda, the NIAID director, Dr. Fauci, has been heavily promoting swine flu vaccinations by way of the defendants’ media properties as he did previously with the Lyme vaccine.

The NIAID and Dr. Fauci operate subject to Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) review and direction according to CIA documentation and the Washington Post.

Dr. Fauci is also co-patent holder on “Immunologic enhancement with intermittent interleukin-2 therapy” described as being central to gene therapies and the future of “geneto-pharmaceuticals.” The Assignee on this patent is: The United States of America as represented by the Department of Health (Washington, DC).

The Associated Press reported that the government owns the patents and the scientists are listed as inventors so they can share in licensing deals struck with private manufacturers. The government licensed the treatment they invented to drug maker Chiron Corp.

Thus, Dr. Fauci’s co-patent filing evidences entrepreneurship of the US Federal Government, through its Department of Health, at the expense of taxpayers, in this valuable biotechnology now licensed to CHIRON Corporation, makers of the swine flu vaccine adjuvant additive MF59 with squalene.
I am aware of substantial scientific evidence, some of which was attended by the United States Congress during its investigation into Gulf War Syndrome, that squalene adjuvant is implicated in poisoning masses of military personnel who received the anthrax vaccine.

Regarding the history of IL-2, now in vaccine adjuvant, on Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, Dr. John Niederhuber, the director of the NCI, told Lawrence K. Altman of the New York Times that Dr. Gallo "was instrumental in every major aspect of the discovery of the AIDS virus." He added: "Dr. Gallo discovered interleukein-2 (Il-2), an immune system signaling molecule, which was necessary for the discovery of the AIDS virus, serving as a co-culture factor that allowed the virus to grow.”

I am also aware that IL-2 is the “common denominator” among immune system functions, and can cause severe side effects. IL-2 has been recommended for adjuvants.

Regarding the other principle ingredient in adjuvants, according to Dr. Andrus Brun Laursen, the amount of squalene in the Pandremix vaccine made by GlaxoSmithKlein is far more concentrated in the swine flu vaccine than in anthrax vaccine implicated in producing Gulf War Syndrome.

CHIRON’s MF59 adjuvant used in the 2009 swine flu vaccines by GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis, and Merck’s Lymerix vaccines, contain squalene along with Dr. Fauci’s co-patented Interleuken-2, preferred by the drug trade due to its toxic side effects as this makes money for shareholders in BigPharma.

Humanity is being seduced by persuasive media to be physically poisoned by misplaced faith in the CDC, FDA, AAP, NIAID, PHS, NCI; and in Novartis, Novavax, SmithKlein, Merck, CSL, and Baxter Corporation’s vaccines.

Panvax H1N1 monovalent Vaccine

While the name Panvax conjures an image for some sort of urination collection retrieval system, eg – vacuum assisted bedpan, it is in fact the new vaccine produced by Australia’s Commonwealth Serum Laboratories (CSL), for combating the scourge of flying pigs (swine flu).

The first glimpses of the details for this product come from the Western Australian Government in a published Public Health Training PowerPoint presentation.(PDF file)

Lets start with the good news first. Panvax H1N1 is not to be confused with CSL’s previous Panvax product which was designed for Avian Influenza. Panvax H1N1 is a monovalent vaccine, indicating the use of one antigen only, for immunizing against (allegedly), one specific pandemic only. At this current time it is an unregistered (unapproved) vaccine in Australia. See slide 51 – Panvax Training

To repeat, the Australian Government in its infinite wisdom has granted an exemption allowing the dispensing of this vaccine, without it being approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). That’s the good news, for the moment, because what that means is that consent from the victim to be assaulted by vaccine, must be obtained and recorded in detail on special Commonwealth consent forms. So for the time being, there will be no mandatory, forced vaccinations in Australia.

It’s a novel concept (consent) when in reference to Government and H1N1 vaccinations. It appears that US citizens will have no such freedoms, documents that order incarceration at a quarantine detention facility in the event of vaccination non-compliance; from several US states including Florida have now been cited. To date only China has actually issued warrants for mass inoculations.

The second bit of good news for Australians is that this CSL H1N1 vaccine appears to have far less potential for crippling, maiming and killing the host body after injection. According to slide 17 – Panvax Training, Panvax H1N1 is "unadjuvanted".

According to Jeffry John Aufderheide of VacTRUTH, trials just underway (Sept 15, 09) in Colorado for an experimental H1N1 vaccine contain the adjuvant Squalene (MF59).

Squalene (fish oil) is readily digestible if taken orally. However when injected, the immune system responds to it with intensity because it resembles so closely the natural oils found in the body. The theory that vaccines prevent the spread of infectious disease is based upon the belief that, by injecting a small amount of a disease into the body, it will develop "antibodies".

The theory is complicated by the fact that attenuated doses of pathogens alone will not initiate an "antigenic response." So, vaccines contain compounds known as "adjuvants" to intensify the body’s immune response.

Attenuation - reducing the virulence of a pathogen, so that it becomes harmless or less virulent, but still keeping it viable (or 'live').

So how can the CSL Panvax be an effective vaccination without the adjuvant? The answer (if there was such a thing as an effective vaccination) may be that Panvax is not attenuated. It is claimed that Panvax is not a “live” vaccine. Technically it is true that it contains no complete live virus, just live virus portions. Note ingredients named include Haemagglutinin (influenza surface proteins) and subunits of H1N1, the live virus is disrupted by detergent to produce the subunits.

It is interesting to note that the two antibiotics within Panvax, Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfate, are both used for the treatment of serious bacterial infection and are not effective against viral infection. Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfate are also both noted for serious side effects, predominantly kidney failure. Also interesting, or just wrong would be a better way to put it, it is warned both these antibiotics not be used by pregnant women. Neomycin is in the FDA pregnancy category D. This means that it is known to be harmful to an unborn baby. The problem is that in the “first tier” of candidates to receive this unregistered, unapproved vaccine, pregnant women are on top of the list.

Probably the least dangerous possible side effect of Panvax is anaphylactic, egg allergy reaction. This is another difference between Panvax and the experimental vaccines being produced for the USA, where early reports detailed manufacturers utilizing stem cell technology to culture the vaccines. Panvax has used good old fashioned chick embryos (Ovalbumin).

More on the deadly side is the ingredient Beta-Propiolactone.

Ranked as one of the most hazardous compounds (worst 10%) to humans and "reasonably expected to be a human carcinogen" (International Agency for Research on Cancer - IARC, 1999). Studies on thimerosal poisoning describe tubular necrosis and nervous system injury, including obtundation, coma and death. As a result of these findings, Russia banned thimerosal from children's vaccines in 1980. Denmark, Austria, Japan, Great Britain and all the Scandinavian countries have also banned the preservative.

Some scientists say the estimated number of cases of autism has increased 1,500 percent – since 1991, when the number of childhood vaccinations doubled. Whereas one in every 2,500 children was diagnosed with autism before 1991, one in 166 children now have the disease.

Editors Note – according to statistics from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the number is as high as 1 in 152.

According to Tom Verstraeten, an epidemiologist who had analyzed the data on the CDC's database, thimerosal appeared to be responsible for a dramatic increase in autism and other neurological disorders.

However, given no causal relationship, the CDC and industry representatives were quick to discredit the evidence.

Consequently, the CDC paid the Institute of Medicine (IOM) to conduct another study on thimerosal. According to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., this study was fixed in order to "whitewash" previous findings. In its 2001 report, the IOM's Immunization Safety Review Committee did conclude that the link between thimerosal and neuro-developmental disorders was biologically plausible.

MMR Causes Autism – Another Win In US Federal Court

Julia a three year old US citizen has just won substantial compensation in the US Federal Court for autism caused by MMR (measles, mumps, reubella, chicken pox) vaccine – says her mother.

For anyone who has ever wanted to see just how deep the rabbit-hole goes, nothing unearths the big picture like investigating pharmaceutical companies.

The same usual suspects keep appearing time and time again, joining the dots to the matrix of deceit which enslaves and poisons humanity. A majority of modern day big pharma companies all derive from one source.

Financed by Wall St, in 1925 a super corporation was created in Germany from six already giant chemical companies: BASF, Bayer, Agfa, Hoechst, Weiler-ter-Meer, and Griesheim-Elektron. These six companies were merged into Interessens-Gemeinschaft Farbenindustrie AG, or IG Farben for short.

IGF was described as “a state within a state”, and it was said by Anthony C. Sutton that: “Without the capital supplies by Wall Street, there would have been no I.G. Farben, and almost certainly no Adolph Hitler and World War II.”

In 1928 American interests in Farben were organised into a Swiss holding company – I.G. Chemie, control of which rested in Germany. In 1929 the American firms that comprised I.G. Chemie merged to become American IG Chemical Corporation, or American IG, later renamed General Aniline & Film.

William Dodd, U.S. ambassador to Germany, 1937: “A clique of U.S. industrialists is hell-bent to bring a fascist state to supplant our democratic government and is working closely with the fascist regime in Germany. I have had plenty of opportunity in Berlin to witness how close some of our American ruling families are to the Nazi regime. . .They extended aid to help Fascism occupy the seat of power, and they are helping to keep it there.”

Three board members of American IG were tried and convicted as German 'war criminals' at the Nuremberg Trials.

I.G. Farben’s contributions to the world include Zyklon B (cyanide-based pesticide), and the more deadly Sarin nerve gas. Sarin is such a speedy and efficient exterminator due to it being a fluorinated gas (Isopropyl methylphosphonofluoidate).

I.G. Farben had developed plans during the war to fluoridate the occupied countries, because it had been found that fluoridation caused slight damage to a specific part of the brain. This damage had a very particular effect. It made it more difficult for the person affected to defend his freedom, he became more docile towards authority.

Both the Germans and the Russians added sodium fluoride to the drinking water of prisoners of war to make them stupid and docile.

Dr. Phyllis Mullenix established conclusively that fluoride crosses the blood/brain barrier. (Very few substances can cross this barrier, whose job it is to protect the brain from toxic exposure.)

Dr. George Waldbott:

"Another well-substantiated case, severe brain damage, convulsions form drinking Saginaw (Washington) water. Through investigation including exploratory brain surgery, patient continued to eliminate 4 mgs daily of retained fluorine two months after fluoridation discontinued."

When Mrs Marsh the Colgate lady said “It really does get in”, she wasn’t f*cking around.

The Mellon family were the founders of the original Mellon Institute whence came the "amazing (but totally fallacious) sodium fluoride/dental caries prevention discovery" - the discovery that literally turned 'garbage into gold'.

The Mellon family also founded the American Aluminium Company (Alcoa), the largest producer of the waste toxin, sodium fluoride, which up to this point of 'caries discovery' had a relatively little known commercial or industrial value, was an environmental hazard of great public concern, and was very costly in terms of safe disposal.

It is also interesting to note that Alcoa’s Andrew Mellon became Treasury Secretary under President Woodrow Wilson in 1928. Conveniently, Mellon now headed the agency that funded the Public Health Service (PHS).

In 1939 Alcoa transferred its technology to Germany; the Dow Chemical Company transmitted its experience and technology in that same period. At this time the US itself, was in search of incapacitating agents to put in the enemy's water supply. LSD was one such “agent” tested; the program went on for many decades and included the infamous MK-ULTRA experiments.

The "Rockefeller Report" to the United States President on CIA activities said: "The drug program was part of a much larger CIA program to study possible means of controlling human behaviour".

An adviser to the US Government on hypnotism or psychological behaviour control, Dr. George Estabrooks, later became Chairman, Department of Psychology at Colgate University. Colgate was and remains the most ardent producer and advocate for the fluoridation of a domestic product - fluoridated toothpaste.

Incidentally, I.G. Farben not only controlled subsidiaries that are today’s big pharma companies, they also commanded cartel agreements with companies such as General Mills, M.W. Kellogg Co., Nestle and Colgate.

Included in I.G.'s business plan for the last half of the twentieth century was the successful rise of the "Forth Reich." Their records record this as the "neuordnung," that is "New Order."

The DuPont family also had their allies in Germany, aiding armament businesses. To digress a little, Lammont DuPont, his banker Andrew Mellon (ALCOA founder) and one William Randolph Hearst were the co-conspirators who also brought us “Reefer Madness”, the campaign for convincing Americans that marijuana was the devils weed.

Mellon appointed his nephew-in-law, Harry J. Anslinger, to Commissioner of the newly created Federal Bureau of Narcotics in order to successfully stamp out the threat of hemp production.

Swiss based Hoffman-La-Roche is another pharma company linked to I. G. Farben. Roche are the marketers of Rohypnol (fluoridated Valium), and they also produced BZ (3-quinuclidinyl benzilate) – one of the more potent substances utilized in the fore mentioned MK-ULTRA experiments.

Sandoz, now Novartis (Swiss pharma), was the original provider of LSD to the CIA in those experiments. In 1953 the CIA provided Eli Lilly with funding to attempt synthesis of LSD as the reagents required by Sandoz for production were expensive and scarce. Lilly chemists succeeded in their quest, and subsequent supplies were from Eli Lilly.

Eli Lilly of course are the makers of Fluoxetine (Prozac), a fluoride based SSRI antidepressant which reportedly, Lilly knew increased violent and suicidal behavior in patients, as far back as 1988, but instructed employees to hide that information.

The Lilly company in 2005 paid out $690 million to settle an estimated 8,000 pending lawsuits in the US, concerning their alleged failure to warn about the risk of their antipsychotic drug Zyprexa causing diabetes.

In the early 1920’s, the Eli Lilly Co. was given the sole and only monopoly for the manufacture and sale of insulin. It is said that Lilly, in order to do the manufacturing, had to steal the procedures and technique for production from the creator of insulin, Dr Scott.

In 2009, Eli Lilly was fined $1.5 billion for marketing Zyprexa for uses not approved by the FDA, namely a treatment for dementia, including Alzheimer's.

Mercury in vaccines is yet another thing we can thank Eli Lilly for. The addition of thimerosal (ethyl mercury) to vaccines was an initiative undertaken by Lilly in 1929. It is now widely accepted that thimerosal is a significant contributing factor in autism, afflicting 1 child in 168 in the US.

In a congressional hearing examining the use of thimerosal, Congressman Dan Burton said: “You mean to tell me that since 1929, we've been using Thimerosal, and the only test that you know of is from 1929, and every one of those people had meningitis, and they all died?”

Depression is caused by brain inflammation which depletes the body of serotonin. Brain inflammation is one of the side effects of vaccines. In the United States, 37% of autistic children are given SSRI's like Prozac.

Mitch Daniels, once vice president of Eli Lilly, was appointed to the Office of Management and Budget under G. W. Bush in 2001. The Director of the OMB is also a member of the National Security Counsel and Homeland Security Division.

In Nov 2002, an insertion of a "provision" in the "appendix" of the Homeland Security Act was made for exempting Eli Lilly from liability for all damages resulting from thimerosal poisoning. In June 2002, President George W. Bush had also appointed Eli Lilly’s CEO, Sidney Taurel, to a seat on his Homeland Security Advisory Council.

GW wasn’t the first Bush to pimp Eli Lilly. After father George Herbert Walker Bush left his CIA director post in 1977 and before becoming vice president in 1980, he was on Eli Lilly’s board of directors. As vice president, Bush failed to disclose his Lilly stock and lobbied hard on behalf of Big Pharma, especially Eli Lilly.

In 1981, GHW placed this stock ($145,000.00 worth) into a blind trust, meaning that Bush allegedly had no way of knowing whether his trust still owned shares in the firm or not.

GHWB loves a blind trust, just one year prior, 1980; he had also placed his father’s Nazi inheritance into a blind trust. One can only guess how much that inheritance was worth in 1980, but when Prescott Bush was reimbursed in 1951 for his “one share” of Union Banking Corporation, it paid $1.5 million.

Prescott managed UBC directly. His father in law, George Herbert Walker, along with German industrialist Fritz Thyssen, financed Hitler before and during WWII. Near the end of WWI, August Thyssen had opened the Bank voor Handel en Scheepvaart in Rotterdam.

W.A. Harriman & Co., managed by G.H. Walker, set up a Berlin branch in 1922. The managing director of Bank voor Handel en Scheepvaart met with Walker and the Harriman brothers in New York, 1924 to establish UBC.

Through the mid to late 1920s, UBC sold over $50,000,000 worth of German bonds to American investors. UBC managed banking transactions for the Third Reich until being seized under the trading with the enemy act in 1942.

Walker hired Bush to help him supervise Thyssen/ Flick United Steel Works. Consolidated Silesian Steel Corp was one portion of United Steel Works.

The Auschwitz concentration camp was named after the town of Oswiecim, one of Poland’s richest mineral regions, with Silesian Steel Corp. nearby, utilizing the slave labourers from the camp (an IG Farben factory). Thyssen sold Consolidated Steel to UBC. Under the complete control of Harriman and the management of Bush, the company became the Silesian American Corp.

Another interesting fact about Prescott Bush is that he was integral to the success of the Manhattan Project as US liaison with the UK. Appointed by Eisenhower, his primary duties were to assist the US in acquisition of Uranium and fission technology from the British.

Recently declassified US Military documents show how Fluoride is the key chemical in atomic bomb production and millions of tons of it were needed for the manufacture of bomb-grade uranium and plutonium.

The Manhattan Project was a joint venture between two of the world’s largest and oldest commercial powerhouses of the "Electrical/Energy" industry, Westinghouse and General Electric who have been the primary nuclear contractors for the Pentagon, ever since.

International General Electric was the largest shareholder (30%) of German General Electric (A. E. G.), another big contributor to Hitler. Several of AEG's Directors were also on the board of I. G. Farben. IGF and International General Electric also had the same shareholders.

Polycarbonate, the plastic that leaches Bisphenol A, was developed in Germany and the United States at the same time, in 1955, by Bayer in Germany and General Electric in the United States respectively.

Bisphenol A has been well documented for having hormonal effects on the human body. Scientists have discovered that women who have had three or more consecutive miscarriages had 3 times higher levels of Bisphenol A in their blood than women who had successfully given birth. Bisphenol A is also known to cause Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, a growing epidemic.

There are hundreds of types of plastic, many of them having no effect on the endocrine system, but the industry insists on using Bisphenol A.

Just as Bayer and General Electric had conspired to came up with this product at exactly the same time, financed by Wall St and international bankers, so it is that business continues in the present time.

Today the world’s largest pharmaceutical company is Pfizer Inc. after acquiring rival giant Wyeth for $68 billion in January 2009. The sum included $22.5 billion loaned by five major Wall St Banks.

Pfizer merged with Warner-Lambert in 2000. Warner-Lambert previously acquired Parke-Davis (formerly of the I.G. Farben cartel). In 2002 Pfizer merged with Pharmacia, a conglomerate from the merging of Pharmacia & Upjohn with Monsanto. Monsanto had previously bought G.D. Searle.

Incidentally, General Electric Healthcare ended up buying a biotech division of Pharmacia & Upjohn in 2004, that is after it had undergone mergers in between.

Also in Jan 09, Pfizer pleaded guilty to the largest health care fraud in U.S. history and agreed to pay $2.3 billion to settle a federal investigation into its alleged off-label marketing of the now-withdrawn painkiller Bextra.

This was Pfizer's fourth such settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice in the last ten years.

The pact follows Pfizer's October accord to pay $894 million to settle most of the personal-injury suits filed against it by patients who took Bextra or Celebrex. The FDA had recommended the withdrawal citing an increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

Bextra was originally marketed by G.D. Searle & Company, the kind folk who delivered to us Aspartame, well known as NutraSweet. Developed as an ulcer treatment, a Searle scientist discovered its sweet taste in 1965 while licking it from his fingers and thought, hello, we can sell this to hundreds of millions instead of just a few ulcer sufferers.

In early tests by Searle, the substance showed it produced microscopic holes and tumours in the brains of experimental mice, epileptic seizures in monkeys, and was converted by animals into dangerous substances, including formaldehyde.

To their credit, Searle didn’t let these pesky little details interfere with their aspirations (world domination). Despite the FDA refusing to approve aspartame for 16 years, still they remained undeterred. Searle knew one day, for the right price, someone in government with the necessary authority, would be their whore.

Enter Donald Rumsfeld; he had the toxic sweetener approved by an FDA Commissioner that he had personally installed, even before the swearing in of the government elect (Reagan’s transition team).

Rumsfeld was of course, CEO of Searle at the time. Today aspartame is found in over 5000 products under the names: NutraSweet/Equal/Spoonful, E951, Canderel and more. Having no calories, it is marketed in all its forms as a diet product. The great irony is that it has been noted for precipitating the obesity epidemic in the US as it induces a craving for carbohydrates.

Aspartic acid (40% of aspartame), is an excitotoxin that stimulates the neurons of the brain to death causing brain damage. Aspartame is 50% phenylalanine, neurotoxic and goes directly into the brain lowering the seizure threshold and depleting serotonin. Lowered serotonin triggers manic depression or bipolar, suicidal tendencies, mood swings, panic attacks and other types of behavioural and psychiatric problems.

This is all very good news indeed for Novartis, the makers of Ritalin, an amphetamine derivative. Before the approval of aspartame, there was no epidemic of ADHD and no epidemic of Ritalin prescriptions. Rember Novartis formerly Sandoz, were the CIA’s original source of LSD.

From this outstanding contribution to humanity, Mr Rumsfeld never looked back; he continued to excel himself, with each new enterprise being more putrid than the last. During the mid eighties as Ronald Reagan’s special envoy to the Middle East, he supervised the relationship with Saddam Hussein, in which the US supplied to Iraq intelligence, military technology and the necessary ingredients to make weapons of mass destruction.

Those ingredients included the ones for Sarin gas (the I.G. Farben developed, fluorinated nerve gas), which Iraq deployed against Iran. It is reported that the LaFarge Company in America supplied many of the chemicals; Vice President GHW Bush was a sizeable stockholder in this French owned firm. A noted director of American LaFarge was one Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The good will to Iraq wasn’t limited to a bit of fluoride, tributes also included bio weaponry. Senator Riegle’s Congressional Report of 1994 documented that American Type Culture Collection, shipped biological materials to Iraqi government agencies, 1985 – 1986, under license by the U.S. Commerce Department.

Between governments, Donny mainly filled his time selling more weapons, he was CEO of General Instruments and had a board position with Gulfstream Aerospace, later acquired by General Dynamics in 1999, where upon Donny was returned $11 million for his stock shares. He was also on the board of Swiss-based engineering company ABB who happened to sell two nuclear reactors to North Korea for a cool US$200 million.

When Rumsfeld returned to office as Secretary of Defense for G.W. Bush, and made great fanfare over Iraq possessing WMDs, he was right, he had the receipts. However, he also knew full well that junior’s father GHW, had destroyed most of them in operation Dessert Storm, and that the remaining weapons were eradicated by UN inspectors in 1993.

During the hiatus in government for Rumsfeld, he also became Chairman of Gilead Sciences in 1997, another pharmaceutical company; he loves his pharma nearly as much as his weapons, often they are the same thing though.

Gilead owns the intellectual property rights to the anti-viral Tamiflu which is marketed by Hoffman-La Roche (Swiss I.G. Farben). Rumsfeld stood down from the board when he was appointed Secretary of Defense, but it goes without saying that he managed to keep hold of his Gilead stock shares.

Those shares went up and up when in 2005, nothing to do with Donald I’m sure but solely for the good of the nation, G.W. Bush approved an order for 20 million courses of Tamiflu. Bush claimed that 2 million Americans were about to die from an avian flu pandemic.

Tamiflu side effects include: delirium, hallucinations, convulsions, disturbed consciousness, abnormal behaviour and death. As a treatment for influenza, it’s completely f*cking useless, more favourable side effects include all the symptoms of flu: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, fatigue and coughing. Taken as directed, Tamiflu can reduce the duration of flu symptoms by up to a whole day, but of course, that day you will be experiencing its side effects.

Rumsfeld’s stock shares in Gilead were estimated at between $25-$50 million long before pigs started flying (swine flu) and an absolute sh*t load of Tamiflu has been sold since then.

Nice work if you can get it, selling products to treat the symptoms of the products sold.

Pharma companies make billions producing vaccines. Vaccines do nothing to reduce disease; on the contrary, they are nothing less than injected illness. They make billions pedaling the likes of aspartame. Next they profit in the billions from psychiatric drugs.

Then at this point, if for some reason the consumer still has a functioning heart, liver and kidneys, but obviously is emotionally FUBAR, they will sell even better psych drugs, if not, the billion dollar finale is with selling insulin, other diabetic treatments and heart medications. And when all else fails, their chemical creations will always be in high demand as weapons of war.

This means WAR !!

The United States Emergency Medical Powers Acts and Federal legislation, including the Patriot Acts I, II and III, BARDA and others provide for mandatory vaccination or drugging. No exemptions (religious or otherwise) are provided. Those who refuse will be classified as felons at the State level, subject to immediate incarceration and quarantine of indefinite length in jails or other facilities reserved for such "vaccine refusers." Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) thinks he owns your body. If he’s right, you will have no say over what gets injected into it and no recourse under the law if it harms or kills you. That is, if Burr gets what he’s after and S. 1873 passes the US Senate. Burr’s bill, "Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2005", establishes the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Agency (BARDA), a secretive and secret agency exempt from public scrutiny, the Freedom of Information Act and the Federal Advisory Committee Act.

Operating in secret, BARDA will be responsible for the advanced research and development of drugs and vaccines (in partnership with pharmaceutical companies), and, because the contents of those vaccines will remain shrouded in BARDA darkness, any injuries and deaths caused by drugs and vaccines which BARDA labels “countermeasures” to any BARDA-declared threat may never be known.

Even if those contents do become known, S. 1873 cancels any manufacturer liability for the companies that made the vaccines or drugs. Injured parties will have no legal means of securing compensation from either the government or the companies themselves.

Senate Bill - S. 1873, was never passed by both the House and Senate, but S. 3678 was, which incorporates provisions from S. 1873. Of note are provisions that require the establishment within DHHS of a BARDA as the single point of authority in the Federal Government for civilian medical countermeasure advanced R&D.

In addition, S. 3678 provides clarification of countermeasures covered by Project BioShield, enhanced flexibility for procurement of countermeasures, revitalization of the Commissioned Corps, and enhanced public health and medical preparedness and functions at DHHS. It also facilitates the tracking and distribution of federally purchased influenza vaccine.

Can we assume that these vaccines will provide us any protection at all? Perhaps, but it’s not likely. Under BARDA you may be (legally) subjected to experimental drugs – drugs which have no track record at all.

All of us have been carefully conditioned to believe that vaccines are safe. But the truth is ugly and, with BARDA staring us in the face, more than a little frightening. Here are the cold, hard facts:

Cold, Hard Fact # 1: Vaccines are not safe: vaccines are dangerous. The evidence is abundant that the tragic cost of loading babies and children up with toxic brews of mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, injected foreign protein, stealth viruses and, in the second generation vaccines, the deadly immune enhancer squalene, is unacceptably high.

Autism (occurring in 4 children per 10,000 when I graduated from medical school in 1970) now afflicts a minimum of 1 child in 168 in the US. Children have not changed: the poisons we give them have. Gulf War Syndrome, a pervasive, progressive, deadly auto-immune disease afflicting over half a million US veterans, appears to be a deadly vaccine reaction to an experimental vaccine (Anthrax) which the US used on soldiers without their consent in clear violation of the Helsinki Declaration and the Nuremberg Protocols.

Contaminants make vaccines tremendously dangerous. Swine flu (for a pandemic which never materialized) was contaminated with polio virus in 1976. Over 45 million Americans were vaccinated in just 77 days and although there were only 6 cases of Swine flu in the entire country the vaccine reportedly caused at least 565 cases of polio paralysis (renamed “Guillain-Barre Syndrome” for the occasion), 60 deaths and other serious problems, including blindness and impotence. (There is no reason to feel reassured because this particular disaster occurred in the past: every flu vaccine is capable of passing along Guillain-Barre (polio) and other unsuspected viral diseases.)

Cold, Hard Fact # 2: Vaccines have not eradicated diseases: vaccines spread diseases. Attenuated viruses (infective, weakened versions of the dangerous ones) are commonly used in vaccines so that your body will develop an immune ‘memory’ for that virus. The next time your immune system meets that specific virus, it rapidly combats it by producing large numbers of antibodies.

This practice and theory derive from the dawn of vaccination: Edward Jenner’s pioneering use of cowpox pus inoculations to eliminate smallpox. This innovative and surprising medical treatment is touted as one of the triumphs of modern medicine. It makes a wonderful story but, in fact, inoculation not only spread smallpox, it caused well-documented epidemics of syphilis and leprosy in inoculated people, especially babies (who have immature immune systems).

In spite of the documented associated dangers of leprosy, syphilis, smallpox, death and blindness, England provided free vaccination in 1840, made it compulsory in 1853, and punished lack of vaccination with seizure of property and imprisonment in 1857 (which should sound familiar). It took a British Royal Commission some 41 years more to put a stop to the deaths and disease that Jenner’s unproven technique caused. Finally, in 1898, England’s compulsory smallpox vaccination laws were overturned.

In 1854, the first year of British compulsory vaccination, deaths from syphilis in infants under 1 year increased by 50% and continued to rise steadily after that. In 1802 Jenner was paid 10,000 pounds by the House of Commons. Shortly afterwards, it became clear that vaccines did not work. Rather than lose face, the House of Commons granted Jenner another 20,000 pounds in 1807 and 3,000 pounds a year thereafter.

Jenner knew that milk maids who milked with active pus-filled sores on their hands transmitted pox to their cows. Local superstition held that the cow’s pus was a preventive against small pox. Jennings learned from a local farmer, Benjamin Jestey that he had inoculated his wife and 3 children with cowpox pus by jabbing them with a darning needle and they did not contract small pox. Jenner assumed that this meant they were protected against smallpox.

Although immunity fails to develop more than 80% of the time, serious side effects are distressingly common from the modern small pox vaccines: At least 52 people out of every million will have life threatening events and 1-2 will die.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) notes that serious side effects and dangers probably occur much more often since many people can be harmed by live virus vaccines: immune compromised people (on steroids, with eczema or psoriasis, nursing babies, pregnant women and their fetuses, people with HIV/AIDs, transplant patients, chemotherapy and radiation patients, people with auto-immune diseases, young children, asthmatics, etc.) are at serious risk for contracting the same disease that the inoculation is designed to prevent or worse.

In the US, the CDC classifies more than 60 million people as immune compromised. People who are re-inoculated after many years are particularly susceptible to severe and life threatening reactions. Those who are ill are likely to develop sever effects as well. In fact, Tommy Thompson, former Health and Human Services boss, said that he would not take the vaccine although the US is stock piling “a dose of smallpox vaccine with every American’s name on it”.

Dr. Mike Lane, former director of the CDC’s so-called “smallpox eradication program” in the 1970’s, is a proponent of mass vaccination with no exemptions saying, “Medical contraindications would not apply…there would be NO exceptions.

When a live virus is used in the vaccine, infective virus is shed for anywhere from 4 to 21 days (or more) and, during that time, inoculated persons can give the disease, or the side effects of the inoculation, to any vulnerable person they come into contact with.

Neither Jenner’s cowpox inoculation nor modern smallpox inoculation did anything to eliminate smallpox (quite the contrary). The fact is, Dr. Charles A. R. Campbell discovered that smallpox is transmitted by the flying bedbug, Cimex lectularius, and that eliminating this parasitic insect from human habitation eliminates smallpox, too. Personal hygiene and better housekeeping eliminated the deadly scourge. (Dr. Campbell also discovered that the disfiguring pocks of the disease could be prevented by a diet high in Vitamin C.)

When the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the planet “smallpox free” in 1980, they did so administratively, not medically: small pox incidence was reduced, but not gone, despite nearly universal vaccination. What to do? WHO solved the problem cleverly: they renamed the disease “cowpox” and “monkey pox”. Shazam: a smallpox free planet, quicker than you can say, “Junk Science!”

Despite the considerable hype, in fact, there is no unbiased evidence which connects disease prevention with inoculation.

Cold, Hard Fact # 3: Flu vaccines do not protect people from flu-related deaths. The CDC claims that an astonishing 36,000 people die from flu in an average year. But according to the former Secretary of Health and Human Services, Tommy Thompson, 68 people under 65 die from flu each year in the US. The truth is that in 4 years, a total 4,440 people, mostly elderly, died from flu, no where near the CDC’s touted 144,000 deaths. While that figure is great for flu vaccine sales, it derivers not from reality but from the CDC’s industry-friendly statistical trick of classifying all pneumonia-related deaths, despite any lack of evidence, as flu deaths.

Refraining from blogging about flying pigs (swine flu) for some time now because lets face it, there has been no shortage of media coverage; I will interrupt this reprieve for some important updates, as people of Earth are facing an immanent catastrophe. And it’s not a viral menace that threatens our existence; it’s the planned mandatory mass poisonation programs of injections.

The path of a popular medicine from the laboratory to the chemist or doctor’s surgery can involve years of clinical trials on a select group of patients.

When the new vaccine for swine flu arrives in Britain, regulators said this weekend, it could be approved for use in just five days.

The UK government has ordered enough vaccine to cover the entire population. GPs are being told to prepare for one of the biggest vaccination campaigns in almost 50 years.

The article received hundreds of comments from readers, overwhelmingly (probably 99.9% from what I saw), the input was anti vaccination. Many even accused authorities of a deliberate culling of the population with a planned poisoning by syringe. In what the Times UK has assured us was coincidence, they upgraded their website shortly afterward and all those comments were erased.

Also on this day, July 12, cidrap website reported that the United States ordered another $1 billion worth of bulk ingredients for H1N1 influenza vaccine. That is, additional to the first $1 billion of spending announced on May 22, to buy vaccine antigen and adjuvant and fund clinical studies.

On the 13th of July 2009, the WHO accepted recommendations for mandatory H1N1 vaccinations of the entire population of nations. The recommendation was made by the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on Immunization, and in a time of pandemic, as is declared, it is apparently legally binding on all 194 signatory countries to the International Health Regulations act of 2005 and the WHO pandemic plan of April 2009.

SAGE is composed of executives from Baxter, Sanofi, Novartis and other vaccine manufacturers. To clarify: WHO has given lucrative contracts, worth billions in the USA alone, to Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi and others for the H1N1 vaccination programme mandated by WHO on the advice of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi.

In Australia, ABC News reported on 15th July that pharmaceutical company CSL has made a vaccine for swine flu and will test it out on 240 healthy adults in Adelaide next week.

It was reported on May 29 by smh.com.au, that:

The Australian Government had sealed a deal with CSL to develop a vaccine and that;

"For its part CSL was all set to go. It had already taken delivery of the seed strains from California and will now produce small batches to test on ferrets and ultimately on humans".

Interestingly before CSL imported H1N1 into the country, “took delivery of the seed strains”, with a couple of exceptions from people who had arrived from overseas by air travel, Australia had no confirmed cases of swine flu.

Surely it is merely coincidental that infections in Australia ignited in the population within days of H1N1 arriving in the CSL laboratories. It is also no doubt completely coincidental that initially, from 1266 confirmed cases of swine flu in Australia on June 10th, 1011 of those cases were affecting residents in and around the city of Melbourne, the location of CSL’s laboratories.

US vaccine trials

The H1N1 vaccine is going to be tested at the beginning of August in Rochester, New York, on those people who belong to sections of the community that have been hit especially hard by the economic downturn. The clinic conducting the trials has asked specifically for elderly people, black people or children. In return for participating, people will get $50 - $100 or the children will get a toy.

Novartis appears to have paid people in Poland 3 Euros to get them to participate in clinical trials of their lethal bird flu drug last summer, which caused death and injury to hundreds of people.

Seattle will be one of the cities where a swine flu vaccine will be tested. Several thousand people living in eight different U.S. cities will participate in the testing.

WTF? When experimental vaccines are trialled, standard protocol is to evaluate in a strictly controlled and confined area. Dispersing unknown, potentially dangerous vaccine product upon populations over eight different cities is unheard of and simply astounding.

July 31, 2009 – Planned US Military deployment in support of Nationwide Vaccination

The Pentagon is "to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials."

"The proposal is awaiting final approval from Defense Secretary Robert Gates.

The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

As a first step, Gates is being asked to sign a so-called "execution order" that would authorize the military to begin to conduct the detailed planning to execute the proposed plan.”

The decision points towards the militarization of civilian institutions, including law enforcement and public health.

A nationwide vaccination program is already planned for the Fall.

The pharmaceutical industry is slated to deliver 160 million vaccine doses by the Fall, enough doses to vaccinate more than half of America's population.

The Pentagon is already planning on the number of troops to be deployed, with a view to supporting a mass vaccination program.

Much of the groundwork for the intervention of the military has already been established. There are indications that these "regional teams" have already been established under USNORTHCOM, which has been involved in preparedness training and planning in the case of a flu pandemic.

From July 27th – 31st 2009, FEMA and the US Military conducted a National Level Exercise (NLE 09). This type of exercise is conducted annually, however NLE 09 seems to have been comprehensively expanded upon and even included foreign military powers operating inside the United States.

NLE 09 is a White House directed, Congressionally - mandated exercise that includes the participation of all appropriate federal department and agency senior officials, their deputies, staff and key operational elements. In addition, broad regional participation of state, tribal, local, and private sector is anticipated. This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09.

So what is in these vaccines that governments of the world seem so determine to administer upon their populations with the use of military force? To date it would appear that there are no published ingredient details from any of the pharmaceutical companies named in producing the trial products.

That glaring absence of detail is most conspicuous indeed. From what can be ascertained from general research, it would seem highly probable that we are looking at a new breed of vaccines here that will be utilizing the adjuvant known as Squalene.

Traditionally Aluminum and Mercury have been used as vaccine adjuvants. Aluminum has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological disorders. There is now widespread medical opinion that Mercury contained within vaccinations has significantly attributed to instances of Autism.

Those were the days; we could probably all consider ourselves lucky now if becoming autistic was the least of side effects to be concerned about.

Fish oil vaccine adjuvant programs bodies for "endless loop of self-destruction"

It’s a race — will we all be injected with substances that program our own bodies to attack us before or after we realize that the newest weapon in the New World arsenal is our own immune system?

The theory that vaccines prevent the spread of infectious disease is based upon the belief that, by injecting a small amount of a disease into the body, it will develop "antibodies" that will prevent the injected person from contracting the disease against which he had been vaccinated.

The theory is complicated by the fact that attenuated doses of pathogens alone will not initiate an "antigenic response." So, vaccines contain compounds known as "adjuvants" to intensify the body’s immune response.

Most people understand that both aluminum and mercury are toxic. It is our body’s reaction to toxic exposure that vaccine advocates measure to determine vaccine efficacy. That elevated levels of mercury and aluminum can cause side-effects worse than the disease is not a consideration for most pro-vaccinators.

Article "A Look into the Scary World of Vaccine Adjuvants”, explains that modern, synthetic or recombinant vaccines are "purer" and less toxic to the body than their live and dead virus predecessors and, therefore, require more potent adjuvants to illicit an immune response.

Under this line of logic, alum is scheduled to be phased out and replaced with oil-based adjuvants such as squalene—an essential fatty acid derived from fish.

The most effective adjuvants are formulated with oils but have long been considered too reactive for use in humans. Immunologists have known for decades that a microscopic dose of even a few molecules of adjuvant injected into the body can cause disturbances in the immune system and have known since the 1930s that oil-based adjuvants are particularly dangerous.

The classic oil-based adjuvant called Freund’s Complete Adjuvant can cause permanent organ damage and irreversible disease – specifically autoimmune diseases. When scientists want to induce autoimmune disease in a lab animal, they inject it with Freund’s Complete Adjuvant.

Adjuvants can break ‘tolerance,’ meaning they can disable the immune system to the degree that it loses its ability to distinguish what is ‘self’ from what is foreign. The immune system then turns relentlessly self-destructive, attacking the body it is supposed to defend.

When oil is injected, the immune system responds to it not only specifically, but with heightened intensity because the oil adjuvant resembles so closely the natural oils found in the body.

Journalist Gary Matsumoto authored a book "Vaccine A - The Covert Government Experiment That’s Killing our Soldiers and Why GI’s are Only the First Victims”. Matsumoto who was the first journalist to break the story of squalene-containing anthrax vaccine’s link to Gulf War Illness, documented decades of secret medical experimentation on Americans without their knowledge or consent.

Squalene is an oil that is readily digestible if taken orally. However, it behaves much differently when injected. Regardless of the known toxic effects on animals and the toxic effects on humans as experienced with squalene-containing vaccines given to Desert Storm personnel, Matsumoto claims, "Squalene adjuvants are a key ingredient in a whole new generation of vaccines intended for mass immunization around the globe."

In her article, "The Adverse Effects of Adjuvants in Vaccines" (Nexus Magazine Dec. 2000), Australian vaccine researcher Viera Scheibner, Ph.D., lists the autoimmune diseases that have been linked to squalene injections in humans—arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, Raynaud’s phenomenon, Sjorgren’s syndrome, chronic diarrhoea, night sweats and low-grade fevers.

But that, believe it or not, is the good news because its merely describes squalene’s experimental contribution to global epidemics of chronic autoimmune dysfunction. Once it becomes a common ingredient in vaccines (already, the squalene-based adjuvant MF59 is a component of the Italian flu vaccine FLAUD), it will be best described as a biological time bomb.

From Edda West: "The immune system does in fact ‘see’ squalene and recognizes it as an oil molecule native to the body. The key is ‘route of administration.’ As Gary Matsumoto says, ‘Squalene is not just a molecule found in a knee or elbow – it is found throughout the nervous system and the brain.’ When it is injected into the body, the immune system sees it as an enemy to be attacked and eliminated."

"As any immunologist will tell you, the way an antigen encounters the immune system makes all the difference. You can eat squalene – no problem as it is an oil the body can easily digest. But studies in animals and humans show that injecting squalene will galvanize the immune system into attacking it, which can produce a self-destructive cross reaction against the same molecule in the places where it occurs naturally in the body – and where it is critical to the health of the nervous system.”

"Squalene is a kind of trigger for the real biological weapon: The immune system. When the immune system’s full repertoire of cells and antibodies start attacking the tissues they are supposed to protect, the results can be catastrophic," wrote Matsumoto. Dr. Pam Asa concurs with Matsumoto when she stated," Oil adjuvants are the most insidious chemical weapon ever devised."

West continues, "The main proponents for the use of squalene in vaccines have been the U.S Department of Defense and the NIH. The anti - squalene antibodies found in sick American and British military personnel are evidence that military experimentation has caused an unprecedented health catastrophe in tens of thousands of people onto whom the vaccine was forced and who were denied the right to make an informed decision based on existing scientific knowledge of the dangers of injecting squalene."

Based upon decades of research in animals and humans, once oil-based adjuvants become the most common adjuvant contained in vaccines, there will be no way the pharmaceutical industry will be able to claim mass vaccination is necessary to prevent the spread of infectious diseases—it will be an open declaration of war on mankind.

Al Qaeda - "The Base"

In 1978, Washington formed a counter revolutionary army of mercenaries in Afghanistan to fight a Soviet occupation. This army called itself the Mujahedeen.

Called “freedom fighters” by the Carter and Reagan administrations, this right-wing anti-communist force was organized and financed by the CIA. Following Soviet withdrawal, civil war raged in Afghanistan between factions of this CIA created Mujahedeen.

After 4 years of bloodshed, one of those factions emerged victorious to rule the country from 1996 to 2001.

The CIA maintained a data base of names of those freedom fighters, "The Base", which in Arabic translates to Al Qaeda.

Al Qaeda, a world wide organised terrorist group, does not and never did exist, it's a base of names on CIA hard drives.

When I first read about this I believed it was a fake. No, it's true - a group called "Shot Fairy" gives kids vaccinations in their sleep.

The predatory nature of this disgusting operation is mind-boggling. I guess, as someone said in response to the Examiner article on this, they don't have the heart to look the kid in the eye as they shoot them up with mercury.

It truly is a Brave New World, isn't it.
